It's a nice controller,smaller than the one I had,more grip.

This works well with the sheild connects by Blutooth, I think you can use an Xbox controller with the shield or a PS4. I have not tried. So not sure if this is needed where what would be most cost effective, but this works for the sheild.

Work very well with my Nvidia Shield. It's not too big or small for my hand comfort. I love the rumble vibration feature it has with some games! Sort of an Xbox One & PS4 controller mixture. Also it's not too pricey.

This controller is set up like a PS4 controller however it feels so much better in the hands. The buttons are clicky and the palm grip is very secure and feels weighty and tough. Great rumble and also has a headphone jack. I have the 2019 updated version. Haven't used it long enough to measure battery life.

Used this remote for PC gaming . The positive: extremely comfortable , and it was simple to set up and works with Steam! The Negative: A nightmare to set up for some games , and no indicator on if it was on or off. I ended up returning it because I didn’t want to buy the Shield , and picked up a PS5 instead

Excellent paddle for the nvidia shield. Easy to hook up and easy to use. Also smooth transaction at Best Buy. Considering the pandemic going on it had to be curbside pick up and it was very easy and smooth. In and out of the parking lot in 8 minutes

A great controller worthy of 5 stars, but with one aspect that may bring a bit of frustration. Admittedly, this is a personal problem as it deals with how I hold the controller. More to the point, it is my right thumb ... If I am playing a game that does not use the right thumb stick, my first instinct is to rest my thumb on the controller, next to and beneath the right stick. Every. Single. Time. I attempt to rest my thumbs like that, I inadvertently hit the Home button causing me to exit the game I'm playing. In my opinion, the location of the Back, Play/Pause, and Home are great ... It is also my opinion those buttons should be a lot stiffer so that any press for an action (back, play/pause, and home) is a button press that is deliberate and intentional. Also, making the Play/Pause button recessed makes it easier to press either the Back botton or the Home button. So yeah - awesome controller and worth is price.

best android controller ive ever used. I like it alot more then the previous shield controller. I do miss that the shield use to come with the controller and remote. now its sold seperately but its worth it. works on pc as well if you have a NVIDIA video card only though.

Best controller for the Nvidia Shield TV Pro to play my PC games in the living room. My PS4 controller I lost before selling my PS4 that I found works too. This should really be included with the $200 price point of the Nvidia Shield TV Pro bundle.

I've been using a cheaper Chinese Bluetooth controller and it worked ok. Made the jump to the Shield controller and I'm so glad I did! It's extremely responsive. Pairing was way simpler than I thought it would be. I literally plugged it in to charge it and accidentally hit one of the buttons. It was already paired!

The new 2017 Nvidia Shield Controller is by far the best controller I have ever played with . It is Slightly smaller than a Xbox One Controller and fits my hands perfectly. I use both controllers on my PC/Xbox one and Shield Controller for my Nvidia Shield Device, but I wish I could use the Nvidia Controller for more than just the Shield. The Controller its self has slightly longer palm rests than the XB1 controller with helps with my hand fatigue on those long gaming sessions. I also find it refreshing to have both Thumb sticks at the base of the controller, which makes a symmetrical holding position for both hands on the controller 90% of the time. The Controller is made out of the same plastic material as the XB1 controller, but it is has a design pattern on it that makes it flat and angler patterns all over, while I thought it would be strange at first I found it comfortable to grip in my hands. Over all this is by far the best controller I have ever had the pleasure to play with. I just wish it could be used for more than just on the shield. But if I really want to play PC games with this controller I will just stream them from my PC to my living room TV., so it is Still WIN WIN!!

decided to stay with Nvidia for the controller, Also doubles as a second controller for the shield in addition as a game controller. Solid feel charge last usually3-4 days. On screen notification to charge.

Great remote. Bought it as my second remote for my Nvidia Shield. Love it as well as my kids do for dual player mode.

Awesome product smaller then original and easy to use

I was looking for a controller that would work directly with the android OS on my Sony XBR-75X850C TV. I was told by a BB sales person that this controller would work with the apps on my TV. Nope, wrong answer. This conrtoller will not work on my Sony TV, so I had to return it. Based on the little time I had with the controller, by trying to get the controller to work with my TV, I gave the controller and excellent rating because, the controller is very well made and solidly built. It fits well in your hands, very comfortable. I wish it would have worked with my TV, I would still be a proud owner of the Nvidia controller. This Nvidia ontroller puts the xbox controllers to shame.

This is the perfect controller for the Nvidia Shield Pro. In addition to feeling great, it has Google Assistant, a volume control, and buttons to control the Shield Pro's menu. If you have a Shield Pro, this is the controller to start with.

Excellent controller for gaming on your NVIDIA Shield. The grip is solid and comfortable which allows one to play for hours. Love the voice search command button on the controller as it can double as a remote. Will be getting another one.

Bought this to use with the 2015 sheild tv. It does work if you connect it like a Bluetooth device. It will not connect through the specific "add sheild accessory " menu but does if you connect through the regular accessory selection. Works well! Nvidia states the 2015 sheild will get an update to correct this...

I bought this primarily for the headphone jack. As an F1 race fan, most races are early Sunday morning, and as the Nvidia Shield doesn't have a headphone jack this was the way to go. Coincidentally, it also acts as a second remote for the Shield, and as a big plus for my 10-year-old grandson, it's also a game controller!! So a win-win-win all around!! The price was also reduced and I had a coupon after buying a 75 inch TV so again a win-win-win all around!!
