Never tried the htc equipment but the touch is very responsive and feels natural.

Controllers are really nice and very responsive. Really fits your hand well.

Seriously, these are necessary to completing the experience. Hand presence really takes VR to the next level and Oculus has cracked the right level of precision short of wearing some sort of gloves. It really takes immersion to the next level. Having played EVE Valkyrie which requires a controller, you really feel a bit odd losing that level of investment in the game.

The oculus touch makes the experience so much better, being able to interact with the environment by literally grabbing things is incredible. The controllers are well built and durable, I've smacked a wall with them on several occasions when venturing too close to a wall and they dont have so much as a scratch on them. If you get an oculus rift you need these controllers!

Everyone that has tried my Oculus takes to it almost instantly. The controllers mimic your finger movements so well that their use is just instinctive. They work with Steam VR games also so there's plenty of content for them. With the included sensor I have no trouble doing roomscale. With the price drop they're a great deal and essential for the full VR experience.

They are fairly light controllers but don't feel cheaply made. Intuitive button placement and great response in games and apps. The controller will visually simulate the individual movement of thumb, index, and lower grip fingers in a VR environment. They're like a console controller split in two. I would consider them an essential piece of the Oculus Rift system.

After using the xbox controller and the little blue-tooth device that came with it, the Oculus Touch make it so much immersive.

Bought my oculus rift and after setting it up and learning the basics, I bought the touch controllers. If you have the rift, the touch controllers are an absolute must have. It greatly enhances the VR experience and adds a lot more game choices as well (including Steam support). Definitely recommend for everyone that has the rift or is getting one.

I have been wanting these for some time. However, I didn't realize how much of a difference the experience is improved with these. Comes with some free games too (it automatically given to you when you connect to the Oculus Store). These are really a must have for all Rift owners. The only reason it received 4-stars instead of 5, is because of the overall price of the item at $100, and the quality feel of it is a little bit on the low side. They are on the expensive side and that they only give you one sensor. That is a total of 2 including the one given with with the Rift. With a 3rd sensor you would match HTC Vive and get full roomscale experience.

In short, I am very impressed with the Oculus Touch. It makes your VR experience even more immersive. One added bonus to getting the touch is that it adds a second sensor to your system, so makes tracking regular games (For me Sim Racing) that much better. I highly recommend getting this if you haven't already!

Absolutely love the controllers, takes the Oculus to the next level! I bought a third sensor in the mail to help my room experience for three sixty coverage, otherwise, highly recommended if you have Oculus, fluid, and great response time. Real life response!

I love shooting games that bieng said these triggers make me happy. Haven't played to many games other than the dead and buried. I like that you can see your hands in vr and makes it that much more immersive.

I had the Oculus rift before these came out and did not use it a lot, Now that i have the motion controllers i cant put it down, They fit nicely in your hands and they are easy to setup. Remember to leave room on your desk for the seccond sensor

These controllers feel natural in both holding and playing. Takes the oculus headset and really places your hands into the games. Oculus in my opinion is nothing without its touch controllers. You really just have to try them to understand fully... why not, there's a 30 day return policy if your not fond of them...

Without the touch the oculus is still a cool beast; however, with the touch it completely feels like another place. I read the book "Ready Player One" prior to owning my rift and touch and I have a feeling we are coming ever closer to The Oasis!

The Oculus touch controllers are fabulous. They are comfortable, fit your hand naturally, and track well using the regular Oculus sensors. The package includes a second sensor to make tracking more reliable, and I have had no issues with tracking. This is an absolute must buy if you already have the Rift.

If you have the Oculus Rift, this is a must have! It's amazing, they feel so natural in your hands. When you move your hands and fingers, they move in the virtual universe as in real life, you can grab, throw, push buttons etc...Simply Amazing!!!

The Oculus Touch adds a lot of satisfaction to my Oculus Rift. Honestly the main reason I purchased it was most games were requiring the Touch in order to use them so I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. But after getting it the motion controllers are amazing.. they are so spot on. Its unreal to pick up virtual items, play a game of pool, throw darts.. shoot with accuracy. Lets face it.. if you already have 600 invested in the oculus not to mention your PC gaming machine costs then you have to get it. Lot of fun.. Great tracking.. adds an extra tracking camera which does nothing but help the experience.
