To be honest, the screen is a little dark but was fine when i started using it. Then through time, my eyes started to feel sleepy and very tired. So i had to get rid of this screen .

It sticks on to the screen with tape the seller provided. It does not adhere to the entire screen. It only sticks at the edges and does not completely cover the entire screen.
