Good guy action movie with Gerard Butler as a super secret service agent and Aaron Eckhart as the US President he is saving. It's one of those type of movies you can definitely watch more than once.

Typical shoot'em up with guns blasting without going dry and reloading which hurts realism, but all in all, very satisfying to see the bad guys get it. Kinda like watching Bruce Willis in the Die Hard movies.

Chock for of action this film kicks off a great trilogy of stories. Plenty of action albeit predictable, this type of film is for entertainment purposes only and it delivers. Highly recommended.

I bought both Olympus Has Fallen and White House Down because of good action movies which enjoyable rather than fall asleep movies. Both movies is the same about White House has been breach by extremist. Good to have in your personal collection.

I wanted to see this in theaters but was very pleased to grab the blueray. Movie is a non-stop, action packed thriller where one 'has been' is the only thing left to save the president. Hold on to your seat and turn up your speakers for this one!

It's kind of scary to think that something like this could actually happen. The movie keeps you on the edge of your seat. the acting was good and the story was believable. over all it was very entertaining!

Was very surprised by this movie. I remember seeing the trailer a few years back and it didn't interest me. Gave it a shoot today and was very pleased. A solid action flick that isn't afraid to show how gruesome some scenes can get.

This has to do with a take over of the white house where individuals, including the president, who have the code to disarm U.S. defenses against bombs, are being held hostage.

Its a action pack movie about a group that attacks and takes down the white house. They do have one person that's still in the white house that refuses to let them get everything they want .Its a must see movie.

I picked this up for cheap at my local BB store. I hadn't seen it and the price was dirt cheap. It's a good action movie. And sounds great on my home theater system too! Also included was the UV copy so I can watch it anywhere!! Thanks BB!!

This movie is full of violence, and that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Some people are going to like it while others will not. I for one did enjoy this film and its sequel, London Has Fallen.

Gerard Butler's acting and humor is great. Just your basic action thriller, although it's interesting to watch terrorists go after the White House and tear it up, which hopefully will never happen.

This movie is jammed packed with great actors and is well cast. Our family really enjoys action/adventure drama movies and this movie delivers. It's one that you can easily watch again and again.

It starts with a happy first family. During a winter storm things start to change and don't get better before the end of the movie. It's a highly unlikely story of a hijacking of the white house.

This is one of Best Film in Action Category. The producer did a great job getting it right. Yet this movie is non-stop action and keep it coming. Looking forward to seeing Part 2 coming in 2016.

I saw this on cable and added it to my collection of action flicks. The story line-possible, the action and the one-liners make it enjoyable. A great stocking stuffer for the movie fan at home.

To some people, this movie may be "over the top" but, as someone who loves action films, it was very entertaining and Butler is great in it as well as Freeman. For people who love good action films and a decent plot, I recommend this film.

Lot of action and edge of the seat suspense. The plot was good and the movie was enjoyable. Since this is the second in the series, will have to go back and look at the first movie.
