1 month owned. Is working well, so much faster than old laptop.

Enjoy It for two months because that's how long It lasted me. After that expect It to live at geek squad waiting for recalls and part after part after part to fix obvious manufacturing defects. It's so bad even geek squad won't let It leave six weeks later after numerous part replacements. Extremely upset with HP warranty and Best Buy for selling such junk while making no attempts to make anything right. Meanwhile my computer is on its way to spending more time sitting at geek squad than I have had It and Best Buy is not the lease bit concerned about It .

I have no complaints. It is beautiful and is a beast

AWESOME! got this on sale for 1500 bux. thing has a rtx 2080 in it, need i say more.... well i will. great pc for a prebuilt. runs every game ive thrown at it flawlessly at insane framerates. i say get one!

The unit/system runs good so far. No complaints as of right now.

This pc has a 500w power supply built in no expansion ports and doesn’t even take advantage of the dual channel dimm slots. I’m returning mine...

Great PC for gaming, user friendly, fast, great graphics.

Since the warranty was expired, HP customer services refused to do anything to help, no diagnose or repair. So I have to take everything apart and then found that the motherboard was completely dead for no reason. Called HP again hope I can buy another motherboard from them but they don't have it in stock. Will never buy HP products again since they're bad quality and they got no customer services.

An absolute monster for the amount of money that it costs,

I use it for general tasks only and can't review its gaming performance. For my home office and Web browsing needs it is overkill, but the storage is large enough to hold decades of my photo collection easily. Bootup is quick due to the solid state drive. The fan is quiet. I was a little disappointed that i could not add an internal Blueray drive.

We got $200 off this product and was mentioned it might be missing parts. However, when we picked it up it was fully packaged as if it were new and wasn't missing anything. The computer had other specs that weren't mention online that made the PC a better buy. Also still included the keyboard and mouse. Not to mention it was ready for pick up within 15 mins.

High end specs for the price. Perfect for gaming and streaming

It tends to be a little slow when you have a lot of programs running but not bad for the price

Less than half a month after I bought it, the graphics card broke down and didn't work. So many dotted lines appeared on my screen that I couldn't continue to use my computer

Not totally satisfied. It has a very good configuration but at the end of the day its not so good as i thought. Its It seems that processor doesnt fit very well with RTX 2080.
