I make quite a few purchases and have quite a few interactions in regards to my businesses each and every month. Often these purchases and interactions seem to involve making some connections with Best Buy in store purchasing, in store Geek Squad one to one servicing, or at- home Total Tech servicing. My experiences have been, for the most part, on point. This seems largely due to the initial set up staff of workers/ supervisors at set up phase. If and when I do have an issue, this team does great follow up and most of the time, a head supervisor is not even needed. There seems to be a healthy supportive environment being created where those doing great work, are celebrated, right on the spot. I know this since I ofter ask to speak directly with supervisors to praise agents. I've heard some immediately call staff together to praise a worker I've called in about. Nice hearing them cheer for this person while I'm still on the call. Teamwork does Make the Dream work! Kodos to all involved!

We've been very pleased by the results and purchased an additional one for my nearly centenarian mother to have at her home.
