George Lazenby's only Bond movie (thankfully). And Telly Savalas as Blofeld? But, great action sequences, Dianna Rigg and Gabriele Ferzetti are excellent as always, and actually one of the better non-Connery Bond movies. Not a well known Bond movie, and Lazenby was the first Bond after Sean Connery. A must for any Bond collection.

This film is underrated. It gets poopoo'd on because Austin Powers but it is a good plot/story and the cinematography is actually really fantastic. Also, I think the skiing chase has probably the highest fall I've ever seen stuntwise in any film.
This steelbook is not very good looking but whatever, its a still a steelbook. :)

The third best Bond, behind Sean Connery, of course, and then Daniel Craig! What do the critics know anyway ? Bond, James Bond... Hard to believe Lazenby made this film with no prior acting experience! Amazing! Great story line! Bond's only marriage lasted only a few hours! Guess why!...if your a true Bond fan, you must see this one!

As a long time fan of the Bond franchise, OHMSS has always been my favorite of the Bond films for many reasons. It's the only one of the films where Bond goes through a noticeable character arc, it's the movie that is closest to the books, and it has the most important Bond woman in the series, his only true love, Tracy.

Highly underrated.... Different from the former Bonds... The only outing for lazenby as Bond and for the Director doing a Bond. Very much a 60s hippy era Bond... Loved it and would have loved Lazenby to have done others... Too bad he choked on the idea. He was in my opinion superior to Roger Moore.

This collection of the single George Lazenby James Bond film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" is memorable in which his version of 007 showed a unique display of talents.

New one-time appearance Bond. Quits the service and we get a reflection on his past career/movies. He marries and Blofeld and cronies takes that away in tragedy. Snowmobiles, skiing, water, car chases thrills galore. Great music too. Easy to watch again and get draw into finishing it. Had to own.

I like James Bomd films; especially the Daniel Craig ones, but these older ones are cheesy and dated by comparison. I purchased this item cuz I really liked the steelbook, it's really well done. Don't expect the high thrills from the Craig Bond films, these old ones are very tame.

Considering it was made in 1969, it is still interesting story and tranditional 007 movie.
Only one thing for 4-star is that the story ends abruptly.

This is the only Bond movie with Lazenby at the helm. It's a slower paced Bond movie that is less gimicky and gadgety and with a very interesting ending. It is a pretty long movie though and as mentioned before, the pace is on the slower side.

This movie is the best example of a bond film. Lazenby is cool under pressure yet vulnerable enough to need the help of a woman- his future wife. No flippant remarks or comic scenes nor overblown special effects. Just a secret agent doing his duty.

Great flick, tells the backstory of James Bond's wife. Must see for the true fan. Steel case is nice touch. Love the movie, clincher was the digital code, now I can watch it anywhere with my iPad......makes it easy for traveling

of all the bond films only two have been faithful to their original books, this one and Casino Royale. In some ways this is my favorite classical bond film that is criminally underrated in my opinion.

I'm a lifelong fan of the Bond Franchise with the Timothy Dalton years as a notable exception. But the old movies, the originals written by Ian Flemming are IMHO still the best. This won't disappoint if you're a James Bond Fan.

A big disappointment when it came out, this Bond film is much better than it is given credit for. Lazenby is a model, not a great actor but Connery started that way too.

This one Bond wonder is 100% needed, great story, full of action, and adventure. Really wish he was given more adventures but at least it gave us Bonds wife and Spectre! Steelbook once again is a welcome and worth a triple dip.

George Lazenby was a very underrated Bond, it's sad he didn't do more.
The Blu Ray does this action flic justice. Not the fastest paced Bond but it is very significant in the franchise. Also Telly Savalis makes a great Blofeld.

George Lazenby is my favorite Bond. Although a formula character
by this time I really believed his Bond was scared during the ice
chase, and I felt the loss of his wife with him. My favorite.

This is probably the most different Bond movies, but mostly because it's a one-time performance by George Lazenby as James Bond, and because he gets married in this movie! But if you're a JB fan, you'll still like it!
