Awesome little percolator

Use medium heat to get the water up to temp, then turn it down to low to perk, or you'll boil the coffee and it'll taste scorched. I'd also suggest using some sort of filter if you use standard store bought coffee. Today's grinds are designed for a drip coffee system, are too small for the basket's holes, and get in the coffee. If you grind your own beans, use a coarse percolator grind, like in the old days. Follow these simple guides, and it makes awesome coffee.

Great little percolator!

USE YOUR STOVE TO HEAT UP WATER FOR COFFEE.
