Alright so i just upgraded from this phone after using it for around a year and it is a really good product (Included pictures show what a year of my kind of use looks like). If you are looking for a phone that won't break the bank but will still do everything you want a phone to do then you wont be disappointed by this phone. You may even be presently surprised, the one thing I could say is that after a year of use and a few good drops it doesn't work so good no more but it still works. Definitely a good phone to get for a young teen or for someone who doest need to spend 1k on a phone if you mostly call text and occasionally Google a question. Its a good remainder that Samsung and Apple phones are more luxury than necessary. As far as for things you will definitely love about this phone it has battery life for days and changes racecar fast, like from 20% too full is about 40 minutes just long enough that you sit it down, for get about it and then remember to pick it up again. Also i found no problem with the camera until the lens cracked and again take better care of it that i did and that is not a problem (im pretty sure a rock hit it while it was on my handlebar mount on my motorcycle while i was on the highway, so a lot of force and all it got was a medium amount of cracks)
Teenager's, people who work rough or dirty jobs, people who can take care of a phone but dont want to spend everything

I love this phone it's really good for the value. I've take some really sick pictures on this phone, my friend even said it looked like a DSLR photo. Also love the warp charging that gets your phone to 100% in 30 mins.

Purchased for the 5G at low cost. Loved the sleek design, easy to handle and fit in pocket. There is an issue with not being able to receive consistent texts using Verizon Network with this phone. Scratched easily---used without case for sleek design. Highly recommend using a case despite loss of sleek feel; check with other network for texting ability.

I purchased this phone a few days ago and I gotta say it's amazing! It's not a flagship device by any means but it feels like one. The display is great and I love the customization, and you cannot beat the price. It's snappy considering the specs and come on.. 5G!

Extremely happy with this phone; I bought it as a secondary line for work. It gets the job done. It has a little weight to it which I like/prefer; I also like the smoothness of the screen. I rate it four stars only because it becomes laggy once in a while; but that could be fixed with a quick reset.

Like this phone a lot, warp charging is great. Reacts fast on swiping. Downloading easy, peasy.
After my old phone of seven years old, this is a big improvement. Love this phone. I give four stars, because i don't like the colours. They are very pale and seem faded. Tried to look it up an I can't get it fixed. So if anyone has a suggestion I am open for it.
Overa I really like this phone.

Fantastic phone !
phone is fast and responsive, great display with 90Hz refresh rate, made of plastic but well built, excellent cameras (both front and rear), great 5G connectivity, and great battery life. Only downside of this phone - OxygenOS is sometimes buggy (very minimal glitches).

This was advertised as an Open-Box item. I've purchased Open-Box before from Best Buy and always has been an amazing experience to get the product you want at a lower price. This was not an Open-Box item. The phone came without the original box which the very term describes "Open" Box, not "without" box. The charger is not the same because I bought one of these for my wife a week ago and the size and shape of the chargers are very different and the cable is generic, same Oneplus color but not original. Overall very dissatisfied with the product that also took an extra day to arrive

I've read so many average to poor reviews from 'techies' that it's downright irritating! This is a 5G capable, mid-range phone at a budget price. I think if your priorities are managed, and don't compare this to a flagship phone, you'll find this phone is quite awesome!
I'm writing this review for the 'average' consumer! I am not a gamer, but the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 processor will have limitations and won't keep up with the flagship processors, so keep that in mind!
The PROS of this phone -
- 5G, I mean it's in full swing now. I get between 120-150mbps in my area with T-Mobile on this phone. Don't let a $1000 phone fool you. The 5G signal comes through with the same speed as my wife's iPhone 12, which has a much more powerful processor!
- 6gb RAM, 128gb storage - plenty for most users, and if not this Oneplus phone actually has a micro-SD slot for expandable storage.
- Snappy performance from the QC Snapdragon 690 processor. It won't set records, but it will certainly meet the majority or your needs! I have experienced zero lag.
- 90hz refresh rate, and a perfectly acceptable full HD LCD display. No, it's not AMOLED but this is $50 cheaper than the Pixel 4a, and that phone is only 4G LTE. Just pointing it out...
- 4300mah battery - the battery on this phone is simply amazing. I am a light-to-moderate user, and I'm getting about 2.5 - 3 days of juice. The other night, I went to bed with 99% and woke up 8 hrs later with 99%...that's a first for me ever, and I've been in the game a long time.
- Warp charge 30w charging - Charges the phone from 0%-100% in about 55 minutes. Can't beat that with most phones, let alone one this cheap!
- Oneplus software, which IMO is the best for Android phones!
- Face unlock, which is fast and works as flawlessly as the rear fingerprint reader
- The audio on this phone has surprised me. It has dual speakers, and actually sounds quite good!
- Headphone jack, enough said there.
The CONS:
- Camera performance is inconsistent. Good lighting, it's good but not great ... in poor lighting the lack of OIS shows and images are muddled. To be expected at $300. If the camera is your thing, and you don't care about 5G, Warp Charge or a 90hz display...get a Pixel 4a. I installed the google camera apk, and it improves this dramatically. The wide-angle camera is sufficient, and the other two are simply gimmicky and unnecessary!
- No AMOLED display. Ah well, can't have everything for $300.
- It's plastic. While it doesn't bother some, it bothers me. Though, I have to say it doesn't feel like a cheap phone. It feels a little hefty and premium. Get a case on it, you'll never know.
- The vibration motor, makes this phone feel cheap. Turn it off. Ick!
- I think the biggest drawback from most reviews I saw is the one android update to 11, and 2 years of software support. That goes against everything Oneplus has stood for since its inception. While I somewhat agree that's cheapin' out, it's a $300 dollar phone. If you spend $1200 on the S21 Ultra you'll get 3-4 years of support, so do the math.
All in all - for the features this phone has - it's a solid offering. If you're on a budget and want a 5G phone, I recommend picking one up. After all, this is still a Oneplus phone!

You get more than what you pay for, for sure. The camera quality is exceptional, battery backup is good, performance is good and so on..
The only reason I rate this 4 is- in summers if this phone is exposed to hot sunlight, it automatically turns off the hotspot to reduce the battery usage and cools down the phone. Not sure, if there is a way to disable this feature.
If I had an option, I would have rated 4.5

Seems like a solid phone. Only had it for 2 weeks, but is an upgrade from an LG Thinq G7. Reason to upgrade was the LG G7 had terrible reception with Tmobile based MVNO's (Google Fi, then Mint Mobile). Using Mint Mobile, now I get solid LTE coverage/speed, and also pretty solid 5G coverage/speed. Watched some Youtube reviews complain about it not being snappy, but I've not noticed that at all. This is a $300 phone, not a $1k dollar phone, so it can't be blazing fast, but is still more then I need. Built in storage is plenty with about 98GB i believe (the OS takes up a portion of the total 128gb) and has an SD slot to expand even more. Camera takes good pics, again not the best but solid. Have not shot video yet so can't say on that. The only "negative", and this was said by a friend, is that it is "heavy" compared to his LG v60 phone. I laughed at him, as it's about 7 ounces total with a case on it, and I myself weigh many thousands of ounces! Overall, it's been a solid phone, with really good reception and speed, and well worth the price.

Fast, lots of storage. Exceptional camera, very smooth display. 5g isn't much faster than LTE, but that's more of a knock on Qualcomm. The salesman was lame and didn't know much about the phones and didn't even show me all the unlocked phones- but at least he wasn't pushy like most salesmen. There is like 3 brands of cases and screen protectors for every model of iphone, but not a single one for this phone; which isn't very consumer friendly at all. If you're going to drop 2 or 3 hundred dollars on a phone, you think that they would try to ensure your purchase was made without any remorse. If you are going to have order a case online, maybe just order the phone there too.

It's a great phone for the price have had no issues stock android with light one plus touches meaning doesn't feel bogged down like a Samsung phones feels charges quick 30 watt charger no lie there battery lasts long as well great cameras for the price I love mine and I got my mother one for her bday she's loves hers if you are a power user meaning if you use your phone a lot with apps day to day stuff take pics all that the storage is a must, Its definitely opened my eyes to the higher tier one plus devices if I decide to go more expensive.

The LCD display could be brighter but is still completely useable in sunlight. It's 5g capable and since I use T-Mobile network on Mint Mobile, I'm satisfied and not concerned that this phone is not capable of using mmWave spectrum band. For the price, this phone meets all of my needs, and I'm completely satisfied. The Oxygen OS has a few non-intuitive quirks, but is easy to get used to. (Example: Under Wi-Fi & Network data useage, setting an alert of data used is located under the submenu "billing cycle", instead of "data useage"). Battery lasts all day, and then some, even with almost constant use. It has lots of the features and gives plenty of value for your money. I recommend checking the features to make sure it's the right choice for you.
