This game is a CLASSSICCC. One of my fav all time actually, and I was so happy they announced they'd be doing an HD Remaster. All in all, awesome remaster. Pick it up if you never played. Outdated a bit, of course, but still good.

This was great when it first came out many many years ago and I feel like it was still great in modern times. Very cheap so price is perfect for a quick reminder that Onimusha was once really good.

A GREAT CLASSIC AND A WONDERFUL GAME. AN ALL TIME FAVORITE. SO GLAD THEY MADE A REMASTER! Now it may not be 100% visually great compared to current games but as a remaster it does the job on a classic playstation game.

If you grew up with the PS1 and PS2 then you know the classic Capcom games from those systems... and this does not dissapoint. I bought it on both PS4 & Xbox One because it was cheap and one of my all time faves!

I have been hoping for years the companies would bring this one back and they did not disappoint. Onimusha has all the scenes and game play I remember. It will continue to be one of my favorites.

Great and fun game with hidden missions! Only downsides are the in game camera angles and how quick you can finish the game. Other than that I hope they do a complete remaster for part 2, 3 and Dawn of Dreams.

Whether you played Onimusha at its initial release, or you're just getting it now, you're going to have a great time. A fun, laid-back game for those who need a break from open world titles.

The main reason why I'm giving this 5 stars is because onimusha IS a great game, it was great back then and its great now. Yes it's just a "lazy" HD port but it's also a $20 game. the analog controls in my opinion, was done better than some of the other HD ports. take RE zero for example. Original controls made the game unplayable but alternate wasn't as good as the analog controls here, of course that could be just me, some people play these games on PC using a keyboard and mouse. Digressions aside If you have 20 bucks then you give it a try. I'm hoping that it does well enough so that we can see the other two games in the series get a release as well ( however a true remake of part 3 would be amazing )

If you ever played this game in the old generations than you will enjoy it. Capcom made some serious changes with voices but the game still plays great. Anyone can get into the game with ease.

My son and I used to play this(on an older system), when he was younger. When I saw this available, I had to have it. Such a fun game, with a great story. One of my favorites!

i originally played this on ps2 and the graphics is a welcome improvement on the ps4. I hope capcom releases more in this series or at least continue the series.

If you enjoyed the original Onimusha way back in the hey day of the PS2, then this game just may offer what you need to relive the magic. However, that's really all there is. The game does feature a small list of improvements such as an increased resolution and a more contemporary control scheme, but that's about all there is as far as improvements go. It's a relatively short experience, even if you seek to do the dark realm challenges, and fully upgrade your gear, but its a worthwhile one nonetheless. I definitely hope to see more remasters from this franchise or even a full-fledged sequel. Until the, for $20 and as lean as the overall package is, I'd say Onimusha: Warlords is definitely worth picking up.

The game is really good and plays like the original but they could have made the graphics on the playstation version the same as the xbox version. I played both and the xbox version is a little better than the playstation gameplay wise and graphic wise.

While this isn't a remake in any sense, especially not compared to what Capcom did to Resident Evil 2, it's definitely worth picking up. It was one of the first games I got on PS2, so getting it on current gen systems was not a difficult decision.

Even now this game is a classic and still fun. With the updated graphics and smoothness if it all I cant ask for anything else. A must pick up even if you already played the game before.

for those who have not played this yet, its worth the purchase. not too much has changed since the original release other than the updated graphics. still a great game.

Excellent game, I loved the ps2 version of it back in the day. I could not let this game pass to revive old memories. Highly recommended! Please release Onimusha 3!

Another one of my favorite titles I've played onimusha 1 all the way to 3 and I think there are great games I hope they keep making the other 2 titles I'll be buying them too.

I was young when this gamr had came out and decided to buy it again for ps4 and it really hit the spot to play old games from my childhood overall a great game quality of the game is nice but not a big improvement but still nice

I loved this game back when it came out on PS2, I was excited when I heard it was being released on PS4, I'm not disappointed, now I remember why I loved this game.
