receiver sounds great, easy to use, good price, had good reviews

I purchased this receiver to replace a non-4k Onkyo 5.1 receiver I bought 3 years ago. The Denon comparable unit was almost the same price and specs, but I opted for Onkyo again since I've had a good experience with the previous unit. I would recommend Onkyo to anyone with a somewhat limited budget or only needs surround sound for a living room space.

I paid only half the amount for the onkyo receiver as I did for my old Yamaha receiver that was 9 years old and was very impressed with the quality and easy set-up and would recommend it to anyone.the picture and sound is great.

This thing sounds amazing with my Polk speakers. it has all the HDMI connections you could ever need and with the Bluetooth connectivity, you can play music from your phone. It comes with options for audiophiles to set everything up to their heart's content, but it is simple enough to just plug things and off you go.

I just need this for my karaoke systems. I hope It works fine with my mixer. The price is good with the receiver like this

I had an older Onkyo receiver with HDMI video inputs only. I had it for nine years and absolutely loved it but just wanted to upgrade to something newer. I wanted something that would take the HDMI audio and video. This receiver was just what I needed. Easy set up simple to use and exactly what you want for a small home theater set up.

Setup was easy. Sound quality was improved over my old Denon. The ability to automatically calibrate the output of my 5 surround sound speakers, was very easy and accurate. Speaker separation with DOLBY was superior. If you set the output as "surround" the unit will select the best the output available from the input options.

I had an Onkyo Stereo system back in the day and loved it. They have only gotten better with the home theater receiver. It was so easy to set up and I was listening to great surround sound in minutes. The microphone adjustment gives the perfect sound from your favorite seat. Clear and precise sound is the quality you will love.

I had been looking for a new receiver but didn't want to spend a lot of money. Went to Best Buy and talked to the sales person who went through all of the ones available and their features. After much deliberation this one is the one I decided one. I am not sorry I ourchased this unit does everything I wanted a receiver to do and more.

After my Pioneer unit died which I had for over 12 years, I switched to Onkyo and will probably never look back.

All functions work well, easy to install and use. Overall, it satisfies all expectations from the product.

Bought this to upgrade my theater system and found blu tooth so I can play music from up stairs while I am not. Used the auto sound setup but had to cheat it to get the base I want from the sub woofer. I really like how some sound tracks fill the room instead of just hearing the sound come out of the speakers.

Great product for the price. Hopefully it will last longer than 6 years than my last expensive product

This receiver has everything you need at a great price! If you are looking for a great deal on a receiver that has multiple hdmi inputs, BT, A/V inputs and descent wattage...this receiver if for you! The only downside is that it is quite large so check the dimensions if fitting into a confined space.

This receiver is easy to hook up and has plenty of power to drive my Bose Speaker system. The surround system is excellent and provides a great experience when watching movies or listening to music.

Ease of operation is a plus. Good old fashion treble and bass controls. Sound is crisper then compatible models of other brands Center channel is not over powered by the sound effects and music.Can not say much about AM/FM functions, not TV, Blu-ray CD sound is great for the price and ease of controls.

I had many receivers to choose from. They all were plenty worthy. I stand by Onkyo from experience. Set-up was straight forward and effortless. This lower end unit in thier line fit my needs perfectly. The way it operates shows wise engineering again. You can't go wrong with Onkyo. Enough said.

Excellent value and features for the price! For some may be overload but it has all the features needed, HDMI, etc. Easy hookup too!

I am enjoying the receiver. It has been easy to use. I have not tried the Bluetooth but should.
