Open Box deal

I had a price point in mind for a 7.2 receiver for the theater room and was hoping to get the 686 for $300. Found this one for $275 without remote, which made setup a little bit more difficult, but other than that got a step up in receiver for less than I expected to pay. I have only hooked it up and checked the basics so far, so will write back after I have checked it out thoroughly.

This receiver has been sitting on the shelf for over a year as I have not figured out how to get it operating. Great deal and I was told it's easy, but please manufacturers, some of us don;t have IT degrees. Hope some day to figure it out, but boy was I surprised.

Affordable 9.2 Dolby Atmos Receiver

I saw this Onkyo receiver and it was very affordable as compared to other ones. Worked as advertised and Dolby Atmos is great. Had some trouble setting it up especially the ARC that is on my TV as well as the Onkyo. After it was all set up it worked fine. Not as much power as the Denon, but sufficient enough.
