So we've only been using 7 speakers + the subwoofer so it's still scalable and the output / sound is great. It has a few other bells and whistles that we haven't even used yet. Very happy with our purchase and a great value!

The system itself is better than my Yamaha that I spent more than double the price. Only thing, I purchased an open box without the instructions or remote thinking no big deal. It’s a lot more complicated but it can be done.

Great upgrade and replacement

I bought a cheaper replacement and only lasted for a few years. This unit is the equivalent of what I had before with all the new processing and I am very satisfied to go back to what I had.

Switched to Onkyo receivers about 12 years ago when Kenwood got out of the home theatre game. As always with Onkyo solid product and performance. All the bells and whistles you could hope for in a receiver.

Excellent 9.2 channel ATMOS value

The TX787 is the perfect fit. Quality at a great price. Stopping thinking about it and pull the trigger. You won’t regret it.
