    Perfect size for my Ooni Karu 12. Removable handle and the wooden serving board are the perfect accompaniment for my outdoor cookout. Good sear on my food. Make sure to turn the food as there is more charring towards the rear end of the plate. Looking forward to use it more often.

    I have several cast iron pans and another griddle. I love cast iron's ability to have consistent heat across the surface. This one however is too think and only heats a 4 inch circle in the middle, and the edges stay cool.

    Fantastic double sided cast iron grill pan. I have used this in my ooni karu 16, on my grill and on my stove. The season works well and releases food easily. Worth the money.
