Our cordierite pizza stone features a porous structure for even heating and steam absorption, creating pizzas with a crisp crust. With heat resistance up to 1450 °F/787 °C, it won’t crack under high temperatures, reduces preheating time, and retains heat longer without unpleasant smells. The included PP plastic scraper cuts slices or scrapes baked bits. After cooling, simply rinse with water.
