I own these same headphones. I bought them for a Christmas gift for our grandson and I'm sure he will love them!

I would recommend this item for anyone looking to buy nice headphones, however the "open box" is clearly not the way to go, because as you can see a month after purchasing, the top pad on the headphones is already coming off. This is not cool.

My 14 year old granddaughter loves them. Just gave them to her monday.

Worst headphones ever! Although sound quality is good; these headphones have fallen apart piece by piece. Rubber part under headband has fallen off, the sides constantly come un snapped exposing wires, both sides of mic have fallen off, hmm, I think that is it. Beats did replace cord once but said all the other things are normal wear and tear. I will never buy another pair of beats. All I am doing is constantly putting them back together. For the money, none of these things should ever happen.

Let me first start off with beside the terribly quality of the purchase, the quality of bestbuy customer service absolutely blew my mind with how inefficient and unhelpful they are. Ordered these headphones, "open box" and learned big time from that mistake. One of the speakers doesn't work. $100+ headphones, and can only hear out of one side. I've been trying for over a week to get in touch with someone to send me a replacement pair, which is the biggest challenge I've encountered with any customer service. They keep having "issues" with their system and send the case to the "back-office" and nothing is resolved. Today they tell me that I'm running out of time to return the product, when I've been trying for sometime to get them replaced... Shake my head best buy.
