I took my new computer which was a gift from my daughter and my older computer to Geek Squad to have everything transferred, It was done much faster than I expected which was a pleasant surprise.

The guys greeted each customer with respect. That scheduled my upgrade quickly and finished the job earlier than expected.

Middletown Best Buy has always been the best. About a month ago I was having issues with my computer come to figure out it was just that I didn’t have something uploaded into my new SSD card. Within an hour they were able to figure out what the issue was took great care of my PC and made sure all the test needed to be run were up-to-date. I am so thankful that I have an easy source such as Middletown Best Buy to be able to do what I need to do and not have to worry, especially when it comes to PC tech questions

Laptop was hacked needed to reset service was great but they never volunteered to help reistall programs. I am not a computor geek

I was able to bring my computer in, and have it factory reset. I was originally told it would take a couple business days to have the process completed. After a few hours, I received an email saying it was done! So impressed with the speed and friendliness of the staff.

The agents helped fix a problem I have with my Macbook Pro, there was a folder with a question popping up on my Mac. I dropped it off and they called me less than 24 hours to create an appointment for pick-up. Love the service! :)

Had o get my software updated because a corrupted file they found the problem quick and had it back next day AMAZING

Great job of replacing my corrupt hard drive with a solid state hard drive. Thanks to Geek Squad tech coverage all I had to pay for is the new hard drive. Geek Squad also recovered my data from the old hard drive.

I went to geek squad because my pc was acting up. I could not even get pass the start up. I loved that geek squad gave me options along with honest answer for future purchases. They fixed my pc in a timely fashion and would use them again.
