Quit working before 30 days were up

The initial use of the product was impressive. The features were many. The heat was impressive. Loved the oscillating fan.
One day, we switched the device on and the light showed the device had power, however the fan failed to turn and the heating element failed to react.
The worst thing of all is the Best Buy policy of no defective returns after 15 days.
Recommendation: If you venture to purchase this item, make sure to get the extended warranty.
