Simply due to the fact that my copy is horrendously warped. Side A is so sunken that the needle can barely stay on track. And I'm afraid to ruin my needle on side B. So, product wise 0. Customer service was alright. Nothing spectacular to report there. The first pic is how far off of the table side b sits and the second is how far down side a sits.

This album from Ozzy Osbourne is very good. It is not his greatest, but he is indeed back with his own special sound. The vinyl sounds fantastic. I just love the sound so much. The album also looks great and the sleeve of the vinyl has a few pictures and the lyrics. I also received a free mp3 download so I can play it on my phone, computer, or in my car. What a great deal. Get yours before this collector item is sold out.

Being a Brit I’ve always been a big fan of Ozzie I’ve even seen him in concert and once I found out the Ordinary man (black & white marble vinyl was coming out I had to have it as I’ve looked everywhere else and no one had it ,best purchase I’ve ever made love the songs and well worth buying I purchased online and did store pick up and was able to use my birthday discount to get it cheaper.thanks Best Buy

Being a long time fan of Ozzy and after hearing of the various health issues he has faced over the last couple of years or so, I didn't really know what to expect from him with this release. I won't give any spoilers except to say...if you are an Ozzy fan, you will most likely want to add some variant of this release to your music collection! Rock on, Ozzy!! \m/!!!

Ozzy with his producer/guitarist Andrew Watt wrote/recorded the album in less then a month...Raw with lots of Ozzy cliques. There's not a continuity, regular flow to the album but the star presence of Duff, Slash, Elton John bring the record to a pleasurable audition. This is the version you want to get. Beautiful Black/White Marble Vinyl.

Being his first release in ten years gave Ozzy the time and inspiration to make music that counts. This collection is one his best efforts in his career. I have been following him since the mid eighties and I can really enjoy this album like I used to enjoy every new release ending on the year 2000

Ozzy nailed it with this album! Ordinary Man with Elton John is superb. This could be Ozzy’s last studio album...buy it. All hail the Prince of Darkness!

Another truly great album created by the originator of heavy metal. The Ordinary Man track is one of the best songs he has comprised.

Very happy with the price. Would like to see a more selection of hard rock and heavy metal at the store nearest to my location.
