Good chair but came slightly damaged

Great chair, however it came with a small tear in the cushion and scratches on the metal. Needed it right away so couldn’t wait for an exchange. Easy to assemble, except the final part when adding the back portion.

Condition of box shipped was awful. As this is a leather chair, there were areas of chair damaged from shipping. The quality of chair even if not damaged did not impress me. Returned for more traditional office chair for WFM.
