    The toaster has worked well from day one, over a year ago. It toasts uniformly and looks great on the kitchen counter. Only shortcoming I have found, and reason for not 5 stars, is that the bread openings could be about 1/2" longer to accommodate some multi-grain bread slices that are longer than normal white bread. Regardless, it is a good value for the money and works well.
