I have not used the bagel setting nor the frozen food setting yet.

Some of our toasters have a bagel setting which will only toast on one side. If you’re trying to toast both sides, make sure the bagel setting is not activated. Once it was down it is a bread or waffle warmer not a toaster. Threw it away and bought a more expensive online. It's junk.

It was hard to adjust the darkness of the toast - It was necessary to set it as low as it would go or it would nearly burn. When using the bagel setting, which is supposed to only toast one side, both sides of the toast were toasting. I wish it had worked better because I like the looks of it.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used for 2 weeks and broke, opened box and noticed the build quality is so poor that I new would not last , reg price 20.00, on sale for 10.00 , used an expiring 5.00 cert so cost me 5 bucks , and this unit is not even worth 5 bucks , I put this on Best Buy as they should know the quality of items they sell.
