We want to highlight that the manual recommends to turn the toaster on without inserting food into the bread slots. The first toasting process will preheat the new elements and burn off any dust which may have accumulated during storage or manufacturing. It is normal for this burn off to create an odor. Not consistent

It doesn’t cook toast or waffles evenly. Part will come out mush and other area charred. Impossible unless you take it out every 60 seconds and flip or rotate.

Lasted about 2 months, first it started burning the toast even at lowest level. Then it eventually gave out. Should of probably returned it.

I did not want to spend a lot of money and I found this Oster model and I like it. The toast is normally consistent. The slots are wide, but not that wide to where a big New York bagel could fit in there. It is simple to use with good size buttons and a blue light. The cancel button is in the middle of the dial and you will need to push that in if you want it to stop. For under 20 bucks, this is about as good as one can do on a toaster.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this toaster specifically for toasting bagels, well the button for bagel doesn't actually toast the bagels just kinda warms them and it doesn't push the slices out of the slot so yeah. Well I just put it to 4 and did it again and yay they got toasted purfect. The toaster doesn't need to actually have any buttons just pick the number and toast!! P.S. It did push out the bagels after setting it on 4, also it does have a very small cord so you need to put it near an outlet.

Just an easy and affordable toaster

It's really cheap and it gets the job done, nothing fancy about it, simple to use and durable. We've had no problems with it and it keeps toasting almost everyday since about a year ago when we bought it. We based our purchase mostly on reviews so we now want to help other people sharing our experience. This is a very basic, simple to use toaster and for the price it can't get any better.
