The wide mouth accommodates bagels and wide bread. You must be careful when using the freezer setting because if you set the shade too high it will brown too much. It browns both sides fairly evenly. Overall it is a good buy for the price.

Still working after 2 years

But, 2 years and no problems, still toast evenly on both sides. Easy to clean. I use the cancel button more than I ever thought I would.
