So far, so good. The msg safe battery pack works well. It attaches to the back of the phone and sticks tight. I don’t agree with the other reviews that says the battery doesn’t stay attached, it does. It does get a bit warm the longer you charge so you have to monitor it. Otherwise, happy with product and Best Buy service.

It’s small and perfect to charge the phone while in purse. It doesn’t usually charge fully iphone max pro 13 but it charges it well over a half. I think i am going to buy bigger version too
