the case is very sturdy, heavy duty, just what my husband needed, however it adds quite a bit of weight, a lot more than I was anticipating. Also, the adhesive bonding of the magnetic piece is not good, very very cheap, not the quality expected from OtterBox. The keyboard works very well and has a nice size.

The case adds quite a bit of weight, but that was anticipated. The keyboard takes a separate charge & must be set up via Bluetooth. The glue on the metal bracket was useless & must be replaced

The leather case has the professional look and feel I was looking for. Keyboard is a good size and works well. The case is sturdy and love that it can be removed and used without the keyboard when needed. The big drawback and reason it was only a 2 is that the metal piece that's glued to the back of the case that connects to the keyboard would detach from the case due to the cheap glue they used. Since I really wanted the otter box case to protect the iPad, we just used super glue to reconnect and haven't had any issues since.

I got this product after getting an exceptional deal on it. I was happy to give it a go. When I got home and installed my iPad Air 2 and went to type on the keyboard, it fell backwards. The only way to keep the iPad up is to have it on a hard flat surface. The only thing keeping the iPad standing, is a tiny 1/4 inch piece material that you pull up manually. No magnets or slots to drop into, just a flimsy piece of cardboard or something. As far as using it it the portrait position, forget it. There is no way for it to stand up. It's to tall and just naturally falls backwards. If you want to lay in bed or on the couch and use this product, you can forget it. The overall theory of this product is great. Use it in any room with attachments and it comes it's the protective case. But in practice, it fails miserably.

I replaced a former case and keyboard combo with this purchase. This case is a lot more protective than the previous one. I did have to reattach the metal ring to make the case stay with the cover. After that repair it worked great. I like the sturdiness and how the keyboard works. The screen rest could be stronger as it lets the screen fall down occasionally.

This is a good product, but not worth the cost. My iPad Air fits in it, as the BB staff told me it would, but the buttons don't line up. I'm considering returning it.

Excellent device, but it has one draw back. When you put the otter box on the iPad 2 it has a magnetic device that connects with the keyboard and carrying case, it is a strong magnet, but needs to be glued on with super glue. You will find that the magnet is so strong it pops off the otter box and sticks to the keyboard and carrying case. Very annoying, but outside of that I love it.

The real otter box quality casing for iPad but the folio is weak. Only one possible angle that will lets you view iPad and making it difficult to handle placing on your lap. And it would be great if the keyboard comes with a charging cable.

This case was very good quality and will protect the iPad well, but it was just too clunky for me. I returned for a more slim keyboard case option.

The magnetic piece came undone the first time my son removed the iPad. I brought it back and got a new one. It did the same thing. I contacted Otter Box, they are mailing a new one. I hope it works. Either way, their customer service was very nice and easy to deal with.

The product would have been fine if I actually got all of it. The wall mount was not in the box. I called Best Buy and they said I would receive a return shipping tag to send it back and they would send another one to me. Well this never happened, I never got a return tag in the email they said they were sending but I didn't receive. It would appear that Best Buy in fact does not care about customer satisfaction and I will not be spending my money there any more

I purchased this case for my son's iPad Air II thinking that Otterbox would never fail me. I loved the detachable keyboard and the included stand that I could attach wherever it was convenient. And, boy was I wrong. It lasted about three days before the magnetic attachment on the back of the iPad case fell off. The case was made of a soft plastic and flexing the case when installing the iPad caused the glue to crack. After the magnetic piece fell off, I tried to glue it back on, but it wouldn't hold. The keyboard did work well, and the idea was sound, but the execution was very poor and well below the standard that I expect from OtterBox products.

The magnet holding the iPad to the case fell out within two days. For $100+, I would expect better quality from Otter Box

I wanted something to protect my new iPad and I also wanted a keyboard. This product gave me both.

I bought the case for my wife. However, the magnet on the case would fall off. Glue was weaker than the magnet I guess. Would not recommend this product.

All packages were open on the shelf and I had to make the decision by myself which one would be the best choice for me. Upon receiving, everything went well until the magnetic part became detached. This makes the process of attaching and detaching the iPad from the unit a problem. Eventually filed a warranty claim with OtterBox. Still waiting on a new product to be shipped.

I like the case but found it way to big and bulky ended up returning it for another one

It got one star because I couldn't leave them at zero. I had to take this back 3 times and each one suffered the same problem with the back metal piece that stuck to the magnet coming off because the glue wouldn't hold. I finally just got something else. Don't buy it.

Had the cover keyboard for 1 week and it came apart they need to change gluing process or different type of attachment to make product better not worth the cost investment. Had an otter box for iPhone with no issues so purchased thi for iPad. Very disappointed
