Although I didn't keep this case because I decided to go with a non-keyboard case. The leather appearance was VERY nice. I also didn't need all of the wall mount and other options. It was a bit bulky for my taste.

With the amount of money I spent on this I would have thought that the magnet would stay in place; however, that is not the case, every single time I want to remove the IPad the magnet releases. I would not repurchase this item.

The magnetic piece came undone the first time my son removed the iPad. I brought it back and got a new one. It did the same thing. I contacted Otter Box, they are mailing a new one. I hope it works. Either way, their customer service was very nice and easy to deal with.

The case adds quite a bit of weight, but that was anticipated. The keyboard takes a separate charge & must be set up via Bluetooth. The glue on the metal bracket was useless & must be replaced

This case was very good quality and will protect the iPad well, but it was just too clunky for me. I returned for a more slim keyboard case option.

The magnet holding the iPad to the case fell out within two days. For $100+, I would expect better quality from Otter Box

As already discussed, magnet came unattached when delivered. Glued back on but a metal edge remained scratching my office desk :( . NOT what was expected from an outerbox product !

It looks and feeks pretty strong. So far no problem with the case at all.

The metal piece kept coming unglued. I had to return it for a different case.

It got one star because I couldn't leave them at zero. I had to take this back 3 times and each one suffered the same problem with the back metal piece that stuck to the magnet coming off because the glue wouldn't hold. I finally just got something else. Don't buy it.

This product protects my very expensive phone, and I KNOW I am clumsy holding delicate camera.

The magnet was unattached when I opened the package. I should have read some reviews first. For how expense this case, keyboard, and wall mount is it should be of higher quality. After reading some reviews after I bought it, I found out that this is very common and went to the Hardware store to get some Gorilla Glue. I have owned other Otterbox products and was very happy with them, I was a bit let down after getting this item. Also the little holder (ledge) for the tablet case (in laptop form) is very weak and flimsy and the ipad falls over. On the other hand the wall mount once put together (2 pieces) is not ever going to come apart. I haven't installed the wall mount yet so not sure how well the glue strips hold up. The rubbery case that comes with it seems to fit well.

Don't let the reviews about the magnet scare you away from purchasing this amazing case! Purchased today and I am more than satisfied with the protection it provides my iPad, the functionality of the keyboard, and the quality and look of the case(Very sleek and stylish). The magnet is SUPER strong which means you just need to be careful when removing it from a base or you will pull the case off of it, but this is a great feature because it will never drop your iPad! I'm also reading that super glue can fix the issue for you customers out there with no finesse lol. Researched frantically for a week and I'm 100% sure I got the best case for I Pad Air 2 on the market. Thanks Outterbox :).

Within one month of purchase the magnet came unglued from the back. When we went to the xchange it, the magnet of the one in the box had already fallen off. Overall it's just a bad design with bad engineering at a high price. We bought a Zagg and will review that said n a month or so.
