My charger gets a lot of wear and tear in my car. Other lightning cables wear out so quickly. This one is holding up very well, just like I would expect from an OtterBox product. I would recommend this cable anyone with an Apple device.

So since becoming an iPhone user back with the iPhone 3GS there’s been the continuous and frustrating expense as I’ve easily been through upwards of 15 cords until now.. the cords supplied through Apple are cheap and easily break after a few months or become frayed near the ends. I’ve literally tried every type of cord out there in hopes of finding something durable and long lasting. The Otterbox cord is incredible and made to last. Many of the flaws I’ve noticed in other cords are not present in this one and so far it has withstood my regular abuse while working and in my everyday life. The cord ends are reinforced at the typical fray point where other cords fall short. The cord itself has a very tight and durable woven nylon military grade fabric cover. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and anyone looking for a perfect cord can’t go wrong with this one by Otterbox. I will update my review if anything changes in the coming months as continue to use it.

My family planned a trip, very happy we brought along the Lightning Charging cord. It is super fast and will charge multiple phones and devices with a delay. We were never powered out of any device. Plan to buy a second cord.

The cord is well made and durable. For the few months it has been in use, it has done its job pretty well, charging as well as CarPlay. Other lightning cables did not fare as well in a similar time period when left in the car primarily. That being said, the cost is still a bit high for a lightning cable. If it lasts awhile I may up this review to 5 stars.

The problem I have had with cables has been a loss of connection where the cable meets the connector that plugs into the phone. This cable looks very rugged and I don’t anticipate that to be an issue with this cable.

I chose this iPhone charger as it had a thicker cord than the regular white cords I usually purchase. The white cords seem to only last a couple months before the wire part separates from the charger piece. This black thicker cord is much more durable!

This OtterBox - 3.3' Lightning USB Charge-and-Sync Cable is very durable. Other cables bend and wear out. This ones tough and just keeps on working.

I've gone through 3 chargers from my puppy and kids I bought this one and my kids can't break it and my puppy can't chew through it

Bought this charger for my sons iPad and it had stood true to otterbox name. Very strong cord and super fast charge time

I really like how this cable feels, it is sturdy. Good to leave on my desk for connecting to my laptop.

The otter box cable is a vast improvement over the cable Apple provides with their phones.

Sturdy, reinforced and it charges too. I've been using this Otterbox cable for close to 3 weeks and if it continues to be amazing, I'll probably replace all of my cables with these.

This cable lasted longer than others, but it was expensive. The ‘lightning’ end is always the weak link and OtterBox is no exception

My wife has gone through a few cords in her car. This one seems a lot more beefy than the default Apple product and it fits even with her case on. Its been a couple months. So far so good.
