Absolutely a must for Any New Cell Phone ... I have been a Otter Box user for some time now , and the Otter Box Commuter is great Protection .... I recently bought purchased a New IPhone XS , and I needed a good case.. I knew right away what case To get .. Otter Box has a good feel, protection, look to Case ... The Cell phone fits great, and not worried if I dropped it by Accident ...

I did not want one of those big protective cases because I like to place the phone in my pant pockets. The slim Speck case that I have did not feel secure in my hands, like I was afraid that it would slip out of my hands, so I went out to look for another case. This Otter case is slim enough and most important, it feel secure when holding my phone; the edges are not rounded so I have something more to grab on, and the buttons feel pliable and not hard to the touch. The only con I can mention is the opening for the lightning port may be a tad tight for aftermarket plugs.

Been having this case for several weeks and have already dropped my phone a few times without much worries. Also the outer hard shell can use as a SIM Card storage.

Doesn’t offer much protection for the screen. My phone fell from my pocket, as I was exiting my vehicle. The screen cracked on corner. 100% dissatisfied with this product.

This case is a perfect fit for the IPhone XS. Even if it says it’s for the iPhone X don’t worry about it. Still fits. The case is also as thin as it gets while still giving a sense of true protection. I’ve dropped the phone on tile already from about three feet and it’s fine. My last phone had this same case for two years with more drops than I can count and the phone never broke. Case still looked great too! Wireless charging still works through the case with my Samsung wireless charger. So you don’t lose any function from the phone with the case on it.

In the past few months, I’ve purchased several phone cases for my iPhone XS. I recently purchased the OtterBox - Commuter Case for Apple® iPhone® X and XS, and I haven’t stopped using my phone case since I got it. It definitely exceeded my expectations as a buyer. The case is not bulky, yet very protective and it looks sleek.

This is my third OtterBox phone case and the best one so far. It is much easier to put on and remove from my phone. I love the protection it provides, especially to the back of the phone. It provides a nice level of grip with the exposed rubber on the edges of the case.

I purchased this Case to help with protecting my iPhone from accidental drops etc. The case itself isn't to bulky & it feels solid in my hand & not Not cheap feeling. I also caught it on sale, so overall i’m happy with my purchase. Enjoy!

I had a commuter series case for my old phone that performed well so I went with this one after looking at several other brands. It the perfect combo of size and protection. No issues accessing ports. Price was good comparatively.

Fits very well. Doesn’t add a lot of bulk. Seems to be very protective and is comfortable in your hand. I would recommend this case.

I have used Otter Box iPhone cases over the years as I upgraded iPhones. They are the best! I have dropped my iPhones over the years with no damage to the phone. I particularly like the Commuter model as it offers the appropriate protection without being bulky. A great value for the money. At the end of the day, you will drop your cell phone. You want to make sure it’s well protected. The Otter Box is the answer. I prefer the Commuter Case

This case is great. It's not too bulky. fits to the phone well, and seems to offer plenty of protection.

I work in rough conditions and didn’t want a fat bulky case. This mends sleek design and protection perfectly. The plastic is slick but offers lots of grip in hand. The rubber portion is nice in that it doesn’t grip surfaces excessively or pick up pocket lint. I’m not a fan of the apple hole in the back of the case but otherwise this case suits me. I use screen protector with this and they are seamless together.

OtterBox has been one of my top case choices since I got my first iphone (the 3Gs I seem to remember). They are protective, not as other slimmer cases that don't really offer an effective protection, yet the "commuter" series still is not as rugged as some other models. It just hits the sweet spot between too light and too rugged, offering very good protection, still in a slim case.

I’ve always known OtterBox products to be great, but bulky. After needing a new case when my previous one turned out to not be up to snuff, I was going to relent with a bulkier case. Then I found this and I was surprised. Impressed, as well! This thing has already saved my phone more times than I can count.

I always get an otterbox for every single I buy and with a $1200 one I had to get this case. Puts your mind at ease knowing the case you have protects your overly expensive phone. It also is fairly slim compared to older models.

Very accident prone so this case gives me the protection I need for every day use. A little bulky but still lightweight.
