I do like the design even though I have a iPhone X. It still worked out great. Unfortunately, it did not have the magnetic backing for when I driving. But it did have that extra security and easy to use. I would say be cautious of your silent mode when placing your phone into it because it will turn it off and you’ll miss a lot of alerts or phone calls. I have yet to drop it and it has protected from being in my pocket.

Fits perfectly and easy to install. Provides good protection

This was the only option for the model of phone I was looking for a new case for. Price was a bit high for a small chunk of form molded rubber. It is serviceable overall though the hard rubber flap covering the port for powering cable or earbuds is challenging to open enough to attach those cords.

Fits as it should - it’s already saved the phone multiple times in the first week.

I trust Otter products to protect my phone. Love it. Otter products haven’t disappointed me yet. Will continue to buy Otter product. Love Best Buy too.

It took me a lot of shopping around to find the right size case for my iPhone as I have an older model.Best Buy was the only place that had the right size and this Otter Box is great.I've had my phone fall onto pavement 5 or 6 times and no harm done at all.

I One of the case that was great for protection but also I wanted to case that was not bulky and this is perfect fit right into what I was looking for the protection and ease of taking the phone in and out of my pocket because the case is not bulky

Fits well, does protect against drops, (I've had a few) and it seems lighter then the one I had previously. Thanks to the tech guy that put it on because he went through several before he was satisfied that it was right!

The case was easy to install, lightweight and looks good. I have already dropped my cell phone several times after installing the new case and there was absolutely no damage to my phone.

I had this otter bix on my IPhone 11 and I had dropped it when I was getting in my truck and then I had backed over it, but when I removed the otter box there was no damage to the phone itself. The otter box took a beating but it did what it was designed to do. 10 stars

otter box is great! I was always dropping my phone and I cracked the glass twice! With the Otter box I don't have to worry. I really like the way it protects the phone when I drop it or rolls off the seat of the car and is not damaged. I would highly recommend it for anyone that drops their phone often. It has a really durable outer design that is comfortable to wear and looks good too! I thought the price was very manageable also and recommended it to my children who also drop their phones often. It will probably save me a lot of money not having to buy more phones.

Slim yet very protective and great against drops. I've never cracked a screen or damaged my phone while using commuter cases. They essentially stay on for the life of the phone without needing replacement. Usually by the end of the 2-4 year period of owning a phone before upgrading I typically experience a small break in the plastic towards the charging port but that's really it. Like I said, I've never dropped it and had a screen crack - the case is great.

The Otter Box Commuter case fits the iPhone 11 perfectly and has enough of a ridge on the side to protect the screen. I like the cover for the lightning port as I have had instances with prior iPhones where fuzz will get into the port making it difficult to charge the phone. The combination of hard shell and soft shell fit together nicely and provide the type of protection I need. I had this case for my old iPhone and gave it to my son for his older phone.

I've had the OtterBox Defender on my iPhone XR for over 5 years. I dropped it a lot without any damage to the phone. The rubber casing lasted well but after I ran over the phone with the lawn tractor wheels, a corner or the plastic case had a small crack on the bottom. The Commuter seems just as robust with a slightly thinner profile. I've already dropped it 3 times but it just bounces and keeps rolling along. It cost less too.

Worked great entire time until I upgraded my iPhone and bought a new one for that. Great protection, fit well in pockets. ASll good.

Best quality by far, I love all of otterboxs stuff. Super reliable.
