Decided to go with the Commuter style for somewhat of a lower-profile design that would not be quite as bulky as the Defender line. It does come with a screen protector but I opted to buy a separate screen protector that was more durable since I am notorious for scratching my screen. I have had this case installed for 3 months and so far my phone has sustained several drops from varying heights while remaining free of direct damage to the phone. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the fact that even with a slight drop onto a rough service the plastic edges become roughed up way too easily. Only negative thing I could say, I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 if the system would allow it.

Otterbox commuters are the best case for the money by far. They aren't as bulky as the defender series and protect against most drops.

Good, not great. Good in that it seems protective. Not great in that it is a tad bulky and the exterior plastic is actually a bit slippery. Kind of ugly, but, it's an Otterbox, so to be expected.

Otter box cases are always worth the price. I have already dropped my phone a couple times and the case remains scratch free and my phone is safe and sound. Case is slim and stylish.

We've used the Otter Box cases for years and the new ones don't disappoint. Good protection for your phones. The hard plastic slips in and out of my pocket easily. Be very clean and careful when installing the clear plastic screen protection.

The ultimate in cell phone protection. I dropped another phone in the water with an Otterbox and dispite being under water for about 15 mins - the phone was fine. It will protect from drops and any other calamity. The best you can buy.

So far I have nothing but praise for the Otter Box case we bought our son for his new iphone. No damages have occurred upon dropping. This was a wonderful investment. I would highly recommend purchasing this product for any teen with an iphone.

I had the otter box case with the clip but after two clips breaking, I decided to give up and try a different otter box so I went with this one. It's a good case with nice quality my only issue is the case is slippery and doesn't provide much grip. So be aware that it may slip out of your hand every now and then.

I really like my otter box case. I have always had iPhones and never purchased an otter box. A number of my past phones have broke because there was not protection. With the otter box my new iphone 6 is completely safe!! Thank you otter box!!!

My first Otter case and I'm impressed. Slim enough, looks good and I'm sure it will protect in a fall. The film that goes over the screen is ok, but one minor complaint is I cannot get all the air bubbles out no matter how hard I try. A little pricey for a case, but should last until I get my new phone in about 2 years.

This case is protecting husband's cell phone with ease. I wish the interior rubber case fit around the phone perfectly. I had to remove the case to reinstall a Zagg glass screen protector and found dust at the circle for the Apple logo. A plastic shield over that hole would be helpful in keeping dirt and lint out.

This case was perfect for me. I had the defender before and it was too big and heavy. So when my dog chewed it up I got this one. It protects my phone from dropping it pretty well. I have dropped it quite a few times and my phone is fine.

I had purchased another brand at our local cellular store, but it was clunky and over-manufactured. So, I went to the Best Buy store and had a wonderful saleslady who helped me choose this model. I am extremely satisfied with my Otterbox!

I bought a different phone case for my daughter's phone and it was big mistake. Almost broke the phone . We went to Best Buy and got this case and so far it is very good product . It seems like it will hold if the phone is dropped .

The commuter case provides great protection from drops and spills, with a relatively slim design and fits neatly in my coat pocket.
