I ended up returning it and buying a $2.00 one off eBay that works just fine. Very disappointed in the Otterbox brand. I had an Otterbox Defender for my LG V20 and it was a 5-star product. This? Not so much.

Posted .Apologies for any confusion prior to purchase, Tessie, but you are correct that the Commuter Series case does not include a screen protector. You should have received an outer polycarbonate shell to go along with that inner slipcover though, which is curious that you didn’t.
