I havent PERSONALLY had an OTTERBOX for myself, but I have purchased 2 others (The Defender Series). The lifetime warranty impressed me, and I could not imagine another company protecting my phone(s). It was EASY to install and i dont feel nervous leaving my phone out on desks or other surfaces.

It's light, and not so bulky. It does it's job, and protects phone if dropped, but it does crack after dropping so many times.

Love the OtterBox case for cell phones. It is sturdy and fits phone very well. I also like that the ports have covers on them to that can open up when needed. That way the ports will make better connections when needed since dirt and dust are blocked out.

I have had Samsung Galaxy phones for the last about 6 years and I have trusted otterbox from the beginning. I really like the Commuter case just because it's not as big and bulky as the defender case but still gives me all the protection on the phone that I need.

The OtterBox- Commuter Series Case for Samsung Galaxy S9 - Black is just the protection that I need for my new smartphone. It is durable and is just the right size for carrying and for using my cellphone.

Pros: I dropped the phone from a few feet and the phone was fine. It protects the phone. Cons: Hard on the hands. My S7 OtterBox defender case was softer on the hands yet protective. Slippery.

I love this Otterbox case. It protects my phone very well and it isn't too big and bulky. Each time I get a new phone I look for an Otterbox Commuter case to go with it. And it was on sale too!

I have been purhasing Otterbox products for many years and they ahve saved my phones many time. I have never had to replae a phone, however have had to replace my Otterbox a couple of times.

I've dropped my beautiful new phone twice and have no damage to the phone or the case. Not as bulky as some cases. I can plug my charger in to the phone, through the case without a problem.

I love this for my Samsung S9 plus. I know for sure my phone will not break with this and the glass protector on.
