Fits great, looks good, and easy to use. Perfect for my new phone. I haven't had any issues with it so far. The clip on the holster for my last case broke right away, so I am enjoying having a holster again. The Otter Box is expensive, but seem to be worth the money.

Been using this case for a few months now. Have dropped my phone a few times and so far so good. Of course if the phone was to be dropped on its screen this wouldn't do anything when it is dropped anywhere else it does indeed protect your phone quite nicely. The grip feeling is very nice too. My only thing is that I got a cheaper knock off for the wife from Amazon that felt just as good as this OtterBox... but with the OtterBox costing 50 bucks when new is a bit rough.

I use Otterbox for all of my phones. I usually buy them directly from Otterbox but the day I got the phone this one was on sale for less than what Otterbox was charging. I recommend highly.

Easy to use. Provides solid protection for my mechanic husband. Not too bulky.

Very good phone case. I broke the front half of the plastic shell but it was still usable with the rubber putter shell with no issue. It did not interfere with the functionality of the phone, I feel it even helped with the functionality due to the extra wide screen of the note 20. I feel the screen too sensitive to touch on the sides without the case

Fit perfectly, does its job. Gives good protection. Just wish it had a built in screen protector. For the price it should have had one.

The OtterBox has provided excellent protection for my phone.

I have dropped my phone several times. My glass screen protector is cracked. This case will not protect your screen. From my experience so far, it will protect the rest of your phone. It's Otter Box. If you've used them before, it's a pretty standard, not fancy case. Three pieces (two hard plastic that snap together and a soft plastic outer shell), the charging port is covered, but the speaker, microphone, and pen holes are not covered.

This case fits perfectly and the protection is second to none. If you are going to spend over a thousand dollars for a cell phone you need the best to protect it and this is it. I work in construction and it has saved my buttocks a few times, I highly recommend this case.

Fits my phone really well and does have impressive cushioning on the sides and edges. Hopefully I wont have to test that but overall otterbox is the best at protecting my expensive electronics. The case is slightly thicker but that protects the screen and the rear camera from scratching when placed down.

I got this case because I bought this phone on day one and there were no others in production yet. Having said that, it has turned out to be everything one could love in a holster case. Easy to get the phone in and out, transmits good vibrating sensitivity to the beltline, sturdy, protective. I am surprisingly impressed and pleased.

So far so great! Just got my Samsung Galaxy 20 note & I want to keep it safe. It feels extremely sturdy, easy gripping so it doesn't slide from you hand. Looks; attractive, not bulky. As a clip attachment which I thought I'd never use, but it does make easier to carry while I'm at work. Recommended

Otterbox is know for it's reliability. This case is nice, much sleeker and less bulky than the last one I purchased. The screen protector has to be purchased separately.

Great case and brand. I always use otter box and never disappointed. The only thing I wish is that they had a built in screen protector for the note 20 ultra, but I get why they do not have that option due to the fingerprint reader and other features.

Keeps the wifes phone protected from drops and makes the phone easier to hold on to. Have used otter box for many years and dont really like other cases. It does what it suppose to do.

Strong. Well built. An inside cover and an outside strong frame with reinforced corners. I drop my phone a lot.A Best Buy representative recommended the Otter Pro and so far my phone is in one piece no scratches. The outside frame has to be removed to take a photo which is easy and fast. Also keeping the entire phone protected. I would recommend if hard on phones. I have dropped my phone face down not a scratch. Other protectors look cute hardly offer this safety. I would say almost military grade protection. It looks and feels strong. I do not replace my phones often, so well worth the investment.

Love this otter box. It protects my cell phone. A little bulky. Love the clip when walking. Can clip on your pants, purse. Overall great case.

Love the OtterBox. I have used products similar to this one in the past. Well worth it for protection of my phone. Great for my arthritic hands as well; nice grip to prevent a slip. LOL

I hate that the holster is horizontal now instead of vertical, but I love the case itself. My phone has taken a couple of falls, including one on pavement when I tripped while running -- the case has protected my phone every time!
