Had an OtterBox Defender before, had to have the OtterBox Defender Pro for my new iPhone Xs!

Dropped my iphone x with case on it and it shattered. So unhappy. Otter only replaces the otter box (which I obviously don't want or need now) and charges $7 for shipping. do not buy

Love this case, it's a tad bulky but I prefer the protection it provides. Easy to put on and take off,and has good grip which is always a problem for me when getting a case.. went with the dark blue as it was on sale at Best Buy for 30 dollars. If you are looking for a solid case that will protect your phone,give it a try.

Very protective case, but since it no longer comes with integrated screen protector, I think one should be included. Case is very “grippy” so depending on size of pockets it may be hard to get in/out. Doesn’t seem to be as stiff and rigid as what I would like. You can pull on sides and they move too much to my liking.

Offers great protection from impact of a fall.Has a rubber like texture for a firm grip.Clip for belt keeps phone secure on hip. I work outside on construction sites and the OtterBox is the best case for my $ 1,000.00 iPhone!!!

I have had several iPhones and always purchase an Otterbox with the phone. It has always provided outstanding protection. It is definitely more cumbersome than having no protective case, but I am a very active user so it pays for itself in drops and other accidents. Once, I tripped on a curb and went sprawling with phone in hand. The phone was the first part of me to hit the ground. No problem. In any other situation, I would have to have bought a new phone. This consideration is even more important when the phone costs $1100. If you have never had a problem with damaging phones, the Otterbox may be too much hassle, but for me it is good insurance

Love the case for my iphoneX...fits perfectly and now my phone is easier to hold onto and if i drop it its well protected. Made well and easy to clean.

I’ve always used otter box and have never ran into an issue with them. Great fit and great protection. A little bulky but it’s worth it

Otter box defender has really great protection for the corners of your phone if dropped. However, it’s very bulky, heavier and the screen is not protected. You have to add extra protection to your phone. It doesn’t have a lanyard to hold on your wrist.

Fits well and was easy to put on. Hoping it will fo well to protect my investment from falls, etc. great price!

I’ve always been a fan of the Defender series. I purchase one every time get a new phone. This one is just as great as the previous versions. However I’m just not sure how adding the word Pro to it justifies a jump in price. I also don’t like the missing window in the back that showed the Apple. That window was often times the way I was able to tell the direction of my phone without having to look at it. Both issues are very minor and wouldn’t keep me from continuing to purchase or recommend the case.

Nice. Fits well, and isn’t overly bulky. Put on phone used by kid, dropped multiple times and still good.

Great product. Very protective and light. Was easy to apply to phone. Should prevent damage if dropped.

Good protection for the money, not big and bulky but still feels good in the hand and pocket.

We originally purchased the UAG case from them and loved it. However, it did not cover the charging port and my line of work is incredibly dirty with lots of dust and particles that were settling in the port. So we switched to Otterbox, which we have used several times in the past and loved. We chose the UAG due to its slim design but had to give up on slim design for port covers with the Otterbox. Its a great cover and is definitely helping keep the charging port clean and free of dust. It is a too bulky to fit in my pocket but the clip and belt holder has come in handy. Definitely happy with my purchase!

I love the dark purple color and it protects my phone better than competitor brand phone cases. My 1 year old dropped my phone and the glass protector didn’t even crack. It cracked several times in the other phone case. I like how the edges of the phone case are higher and protect the screen of the phone.

Doesn’t make phone bulky, not slippery and great protection

I’ve only used otter box defender cases for every phone I’ve had since the iPhone 3. I’ve drop all my phones multiple times and never had a cracked screen or any damage to the outside of the phone. Keep all my phones looking brand new. This is the only case I will ever use unless they stop making them. Highly recommend!

This case, although a little bulkier than the typical Apple Branded cases is a tough and rugged alternative. Likely the only downside beyond the bulk is the fact that there is no longer a built in screen protector. However, just putting Otter Box Alpha Glass or an alternative glass screen protector on is more than sufficient.

I never liked the otterbox with the screen protector. And I bought this one because it was screenless and it is great protects all of your phone, buttons, and where you plug in your charger. I would also recommend on buying a glass screen protector I bundle mine online and saved 12 on the otter box and 8 on the glass screen
