My phone has fallen out of my pocket many times into the pavement or even concrete, and it has remained unscathed. Maybe if it falls at a weird angle something will happen, but so far nothing. I always buy otterbox cases, despite some of their models being a bit bulky, their protection is top notch.

The Samsung S20 fits perfectly in the case. It does not come with a screen cover, but the phone appears to come with one that is integrated. The buttons all work perfectly. A little edge of the rubber around the camera developed a slight tear after about 6 months but it doesn't impact the form or function of the case. OtterBox never disappoints.

I like the case. Good protection, plenty of grip, and fits great.

This is probably one of the best cases available for protection. I prefer to carry my phone in the holster on my belt, and this case works great. You will need to buy a screen protector, which is not included. I do think the case is fairly expensive. Fyi, This does fit the Verizon 5G UW version of the S20 Galaxy perfectly.

Bought this for my son who is always dropping his phone. It sure does a good job of protecting it. The phone is well protected Plus it gives you a better grip on your phone. His phone has no issues after dropping it. Thank goodness it still works. Pluse you have a good variety to choose from and colors. It is worth it.

Ottor box is my go to case. Honestly, I cut out the plastic case and use an invisible shield instead.

I have owned this case over and over for each new cell phone. I can depend on it protecting my phone from unexpected drops and glass breaks. I would not own a cell phone without the Otter Box. The best after market investment for your phone.

Works as designed, protects phone well. Does not come with screen protector. Bought this to replace same case that wore out after 2 years hard use.

This gives excellent protection, non slippery, easy to hold. I've dropped my other phone so many times until I changed to the Otterbox. This one i purchased for my new phone. I just wished they had more color selections.

I've gone through several insurance claims this month because I'm very rough on phones. Got this case because its the best protection hands down! I can't believe I used to carry around a thousand dollar phone without one. Hurry up and purchase this case before you break your phone! If I would have invested in this last year I would have saved myself around 900 dollars. Get it! 5 out of 5 stars. Easy.

Love the Otter Box Defender series. Excellent protection. Just wish they included a screen protector but they don't anymore. Sold separately.

Excellent product, does its job as specified. Works great on phone, although bulkier than I prefer but it provides the protection I need.

got the new phone and the case immediately (past experience) - a little thinner and less bulky than the last otter box so easier to handle

I feel like my phone is extremely protected, I had an Otter Box Defender on my old phone and never had an issue. This looks great and is a perfect fit!

This case has protected my phone from damage due to dropping on several occasions and makes it easier to carry my phone
