I am a big OtterBox fan. This might be one of the better cases I have seen so far. The fit of the outer shell is perfect and has not warpped yet like my last one. I haven't really tested the shock protection but it appears to be good. This is the thinnest version of a case and I like that. I have not had any issues with wireless charging. I was a fearful that this would not be the case, but it is all working well.

Standard good Otterbox quality.. As usual these just protect the back/sides and you will need some kind of protector pseudo glass/plastic cover for the actual screen. Works good with magnetic mounts for the car that go inside the case/on the dash.. Power plug flap takes some getting used to but the feel is decent and the side buttons are not hard to press like a lot seem to be sometimes.

Needed better protection for my phone. Last cast pretty but this has better grip and feel that it will protect it better.

This is my first time with this product. I like the color and the slimline profile. It looks great, allows for ease of use and storage.

I keep the whole thing, including the clipping part of the case on because against my hands, it is the best protection for my phone 24/7. I can count on one hand now after only a month, how many times I've dropped my phone, face first, to the ground. And.... The entire case has endured and my phone remains unscathed. It's wonderful and a necessity for me. I only wish there were more decorative looking otterboxes to make it easier to spot whenever I misplace it.

This design fits very snuggly over phone. Great protection for accidental dropping and water resistance.

I wish they would bring back the built in screen protector but it is what it is I guess things have to change. It does pretty good as far as protection so you can't go wrong with it.

Purchased 2 of these for my parents that got the Galaxy S20. These work great as they seem to drop phones quite a bit. They have had this series on their previous devices as well and have held up to the test. Otterbox is also great at replacing parts. On their old phone the rubber that went around the inner plastic case had stretched out, Otterbox sent them a whole new case at no charge and they had owned that one for several years.

If you keep your phone in a bag, or a purse- this is your case. If you work with rough or dangerous conditions- this is your case. If you walk alone at night on a dark street- this is your case. If you have anger management issues, or play hockey with your phone- this is definitely your case. I have ALWAYS had an Otterbox Defender case for every Galaxy I've ever owned. This is my case.
