I have only had it a few days but so far I am impressed. I don't use the front or the clip, just the back case. The only thing I have to get used to is the little cover by the charging port, but that is minor and something I never had to do before so it has nothing to do with the product itself.

I've trusted Otterbox Defender series cases for two previous generation Samsung Galaxy phones and now for my new Galaxy S20 5G phone. I've accidentally dropped phones in the past with the Defender cases and never had phone damages. Otterbox customer service is great having on occasion to submit warranty requests for case or holster replacement.

I bought this for my husband's cell phone. It works great on the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. Also like the color. I love Otter products but I do wish they would come in more colors in the defender Series Pro for the newer model phones. Would love to see Military Colors such as Army Camo, Navy Camo, Military Green ect. Amybe even with Military logos.

Otterbox cases have always protected my phones well, the only problem ai have ever had is that they tend to stretch out over time. However, otterbox does have great customer service and will replace the case without any issues if this happens. So because of the good quality and the great customer service I continue to buy Otterbox products like I have been for the past 10 years.

Otterbox has been my go to brand for sometime now, because their cases are heavy duty and can take a few drops and accidents. I've had my phone and the Otterbox case for a little over a year and haven't had the pleasure of dealing with any cracked screens or chipping from dropping my device.

You really can't go wrong with this case. While it's not the slimmest, it's certainly the most protective. We have never sustained any phone damage while using otterbox. My husband even drops his phone from his semi truck and it stays safe!

I've always bought an otterbox for my phone, but I've normally had an iphone. For this phone they claimed they got rid of the curved edges but there are "features" that require the edge of the screen. To balance around this, they raised the top and bottom lips more, but there is still the ability for the sides to touch ground (or whatever you drop it on). Case is sturdy and easy to hold, I'm just afraid of the potential to damage the sides of the screen.
