This is a wonderful phone case. Unlike may others on the market, the outer lip of the case rises a hair above the phone's glass. The lip doesn't block the screen at all but it does grant a smidgen more protection. I also found the case to be substantial but not as bulky as expected.

The otter box defender case hold up and fits wonderful. I stand by this product and have used the brand for several my phones now and in the past. One issue I have and the reason for the 4 stars is that I like it best when otter box place the screen protector on the case itself. Now I had to buy and pay separately for a screen protector in which is at a ridiculous price.

This cell phone case fits like a glove and has protected my phone many times due to my too numerous slip out of my hands dropping. Strong and goes on and off easily for phone cleaning.

For the last few phones I got the Otterbox commuter and worked well. I just got a Samsung s20 and immediately got the otterbox defender model as I was told the commuter is no longer available. I am happy with this otterbox model as well and would recommend to protect your phone.

Seems to protect phone well. The robustness of the "click" when snapped into the belt holster is not great. Doesn't give me confidence that it's held in there securely. I hope it doesn't fall out! Wish the case had a kickstand, instead of the belt holster. That one is OK, but holds the phone too vertical. Also, I don't always have the belt holster handy when I want to use the kickstand.

Purchased this case for my new phone because the OtterBox case on my previous phone protected it during a motorcycle accident and for for the next 4 years till I upgraded.

Defender cases have been a little bit too big in my opinion. But otterbox is making them more slim lined. I like the protection you get from the defender series. Especially if you are someone who has a job that is rough on phones. I would recommend this case!

The Otter Box Defender phone case is quite nice. The cover over the power/earphone receptacle is very secure and sturdy. The edges give the feeling of a firm, secure grip. Overall, the case is well built and sturdy.

The Otter Box phone case is well worth the money. I have dropped my phone a few times and never an issue. When the case is new, the buttons are a little stiff but they loosen up over a few days.

This case is very protectivr all around. Especially the camera lens. You are exposed in the camera area but this is the best coverage you can buy. The camera is not sticking out. However sometimes when I lay it on thing the camera touches certain thinga.

I always buy otterbox protective covers for any new phones I purchase.

This is my 3rd Otter Box Defender. I always purchase this case when I purchase a new phone because of the superb protection it gives. Have dropped my phone on several occasions but have never experience damage due to the drop.

This thing feels like it could protect a phone from anything. Works great with my Galaxy S20 and Samsung wireless charger. I also like the belt clip with the kickstand. The only con is that it adds some thickness to the phone.

Always use otter for my phones over the years. This one is excellent for protecting the Samsung s20. No screen protector, but it works great with the built in one one the phone for now. This brand has never let me down.

It fit, needed to buy a screen protector that didn't come with this case. Came with a belt holster which I didn't notice when purchasing the case.

We have always used the OtterBox cases. They are rugged and long lasting. However, these two that we purchased for the Samsung S20 are lacking screen protectors which I do not like. You have to purchase separate protectors.

It's an Otterbox so naturally it's top quality. But actually, I'm still using the Krofel Pouch Cover Holster Clip from my previous cell phone. Not a perfect fit, but the Krofel attaches via belt loop so it can't slip off--important to me as I'm out in the bush a lot. If you don't need that degree of security then the Otterbox would do fine.

Great case for those who work in tough environments or do work like construction. Clip helps to keep phone in place and offers extra protection which is a must have for this phone. Otter box is the way to go.

The frame is very durable, and the texture of soft rubber is nice and slip resistant. Only downside is the tab covering the charging port begins to tear from normal wear and tear.

Perfect fit and solid protection. I've already had my phone take a few falls and it didn't phase it. Comes with a belt clip holster but I haven't used it so I can't really comment on that.
