I have had good luck using OtterBox on my iPhone, and bought this as a replacement - same as the orginal. The original one protected my iPhone during typical drops and bangs, with no damage to the phone. The first OtterBox lost its ability to hold the iPhone to the back section - the spot where the clip holds it had worn a=out and the phone started falling out of the back holder when bumped. But it lasted through 2 - 3 years of constant use.

Great phone case, most durable I’ve ever bought and has lasted me around 3-4 years. Will be buying again on my new phone (iPhone 17 pro max) soon!

This case is a 10 for me. I’m very hard on cell phones. While it is a chore to remove the iPhone ( until you figure it out) you have protection. When I bought this phone (13 pro max) I broke the glass back in 2 days. It was hard to find this case—went to 3 Best Buy’s. This said, I am ever so pleased. There are tabs for the charger cable input and the on/off ringer. One drawback, given the mass, is it won’t charge on the charging stand—you have to use the chord. Case gets a 10 if you, like me, are had on things.

Otter box has been my go to since I’ve owned a phone. It’s always kept my phone safe. Even falling from ladders at job sites.

Protects the phone very well and easy to put on the phone

Have used an OtterBox for every iPhone I have ever owned. Never have had a cracked screen or damage to the phone. Best case on the market.

This is the 3rd OtterBox Defender Series Pro Case I've purchased for different iPhone models. I have tried other brands with hard plastic, but I've cracked like three screen with those. This particular OtterBox has a softer rubber exterior and really prevents screen cracks better than anything I have ever used.

Best case for any phone! Easy to hold onto, very protective and thin design! A little pricey but worth it!

As usual, Otterbox exceeds my expectations of a great sheild to prtect my phone. The rubber composition allows me to set it down and not slide off anywhere. I am a feild engineer and always on the move so having this particular Otterbox is perfect for me. Excellent protection when I drop it as well.

I work in emergency services and while responding to a call, I dropped my phone literally into a fire. It remained there for probably 3 to 5 minutes. I was able to finally get the phone out of the fire and the case was pretty well destroyed but after the phone cool down, it started right up. Guaranteed that otherwise the phone would’ve been destroyed the case saved it. This was a replacement for the one that got burnt.

If you own an iPhone. You understand how expensive they are and value protecting it. This case gets the job done. I do a lot of physical labor and this case ensures me that my iPhone remains in good condition no matter how hard and how frequently I drop it.

Really great and protective phonecase I drop my phone all the time and its perfectly fine cause of it.

My hubby won't buy anything else. He is OtterBox's best sales guy and he doesn't even work for the company! He just brags and brags about the durability and the sweet belt clip that comes with it. I will say that the case is indeed worthy of this praise, but the belt clips are regularly broken and replaced. I can't say there's a better belt clip out there, but you should be aware that the clip is not nearly as durable as the case. It is usually overpriced as well. Make a more durable clip and/or reduce the price & I'll give it 5 stars.
