Like Drake said in that one song, “It might look light, but it’s heavy though”…..except this is the opposite.

When I received the case I found the lens cover was oriented in the wrong position. It did not look like it was a part of the case that could be rotated in the correct position and still keep its water prop protection so I returned it. Since I paid almost $100 I expect a lot more. I would not recommend it for that price.

Posted .Hey there, Ronald! We're very sorry for any inconvenience you may have had with the Frē Series case for your iPhone 14 Pro Max. We specifically designed this case to work congruently with the unique features of your exact device, so this is a bit surprising to hear. If you're having trouble hearing through the case, reseating it should do the trick. Take the phone out and blow into the microphone ports to clear out any built up dust. When you put the front half of the case on, put the bottom in first, and then push the top in. This will ensure it is aligned properly before you snap on the back.
