Posted .We're saddened to hear about your Frē Series case frustrations. This case is designed to offer some awesome protection and be waterproof. When applying the case, we recommend starting from the bottom, and sliding your device snugly into the case. Once you have the device flush against the back of the case, snag that top piece, and starting at the bottom, begin snapping the top piece into the bottom piece. Once you have successfully done this, if you are still finding that your screen is not sitting closely to your device, we'd recommend opening the charge port door at the bottom of the case and then pressing the front of the case firmly against your chest or thigh, with the palm of your hand against the back of the case, to squeeze the air out. If that doesn't resolve the issue, give us a ring at 1-888-533-0735 and we would be happy to troubleshoot, or help you get a replacement case through our warranty!

Worst $100 ever spent, would not do it again. I work in construction. Sand got in my phone case. It started tearing apart. I can’t believe it. Unfortunately I’m not within my refund time, it only took a month for the case to get sand in it when it’s advertised as waterproof. How does sand get in it?

We recommend you try re-seating the phone as that usually does the trick: take the phone out and blow into the microphone ports to clear out any built up dust. When you put the front half of the case on, put the bottom in first, and then push the top in. This will ensure it is aligned properly before you snap on the back. If this doesn't create astounding sound quality, give us a call and we would be happy to help you troubleshoot or offer you a replacement.

After 2 weeks of having, case has plenty of dings and scratches that doesn’t look very nice.

However, we specifically designed this case to be seamlessly compatible with the unique features of your exact device, so this is a bit surprising to hear. If you're experiencing some sounds quality issues, we'd recommend reseating the case. Take the phone out and blow into the microphone ports to clear out any built up dust. When you put the front half of the case on, put the bottom in first, and then push the top in. This will ensure it is aligned properly before you snap on the back.
As far as those buttons go, if you're noticing some stiffness in the case, we find that things will loosen up a bit with some additional usage. If any of this continues though, we'd be more than happy to dig a bit deeper into thing in order to find the best path forward for you.
