This is the first case I went out on a limb and got. It was expensive and didn’t come with a lot. It has plenty of protection. Like most of the new IPhone X cases it doesn’t have a screen protector which I don’t like about any of them. I normally always get a defender and I’m always super happy with it. This one is sleeker but It feels like it may not protect as well as the defender. I will say I don’t care much for the volume switch. It doesn’t engage well after you remove the case after you first put it on. That’s why 1 star was deducted.

i like the case and it offers solid protection but is difficult to get on/off the phone. also, the documentation that comes with it is inadequate. you can go to the website for what you need (wanted to make sure i wasn't breaking it when i was installing) but for something as simple as a phone case i would not expect to have to go online to get the documentation

I really like the case it’s seems to be built extremely well and fits perfectly. My only complaint is that the plastic doesn’t have any rubber to help keep it from sliding around. It’s cold here and Michigan and even with cold dry hands I’ve almost dropped it from it being so slick.

Great fit for the iphone X. It is tough, but yet doesn't get too bulky. Now there is a trick to the mute switch and that can be difficult. What I found is that if you do not put on right the first time you can damage the switch and it will not work. I rather them just put a cover on that switch. Other than that it's the best case for the X if you want protection without having a huge case.

This case protects the phone from just about anything without making the phone bulky. Only con is there could be directions how to put it on so it snaps together easier.

Terrible case for iPhone X. It’s expensive to begin with. Also it’s bulky and it’s hard to puton and click close. The side switches to turn ringer off or on don’t work half the time. That includes side buttons for Siri doesn’t register. Also to charge you have to unlock the bottom of case every time making it awkward to recharge. I say look for another case at a better price range

I have had an OtterBox for three versions of iPhone that I have had and I believe there’s not a better phone protector on the market. However, on this particular case, they could improve the lever that allows you to switch the phone from silent to vibrate. I tried several cases and could not get it to work. There seems to be many online reviews that have had the same problem. Other than that I love the case, but this is a flaw I think that should be fixed. I would not trust any other case, besides the OtterBox for my phone

Already dropped my phone, it was a tough hit but I wasn’t worried about having damage, the case feels great not too bulky

I been using this case for 3 weeks now and only one complaint is that the edge of the case (volume buttons and silent switch) gave me problems when snapping my phone into the case and still buldges out a little bit. You have to be careful when installing this as the clips that hold it together are tiny might not go directly into there slot the first time. Not a quick change case. The foam seal that seals around the glass on the front was collecting lint from my pockets but has lost its adhesives now. I love the transparent back, it has got some small dust scratches in it but I expected that. The grip is good for my big hands. I been working in very dusty conditions while harvesting cotton and it has been keeping the dust out of the back side of the phone. When I open the Lighting cover its still clean and dust free inside. Finally I paired this with a Zagg HD Glass+ which fits perfectly so I feel pretty confident my phone is protected!

Good protection and slim design. Even has a lanyard and hand strap slot built in. The two problems I have are it bulges on the sides; the vibrate switch does not work, a feature I use often. I ended up also buying the Lifeproof NËXT and love it so much more. It takes all the features of the Pursuit and makes it better.

Good case. Although it does offer great protection, I would suggest getting a screen protector because it does not come with a built in one. It is a very slim fit for the iPhone X and it makes the phone look nice.

This case offers Otter boxes expected protection with a nice sleek design. I did find the case to be a little slippery, but overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

This case is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a nice clear back so that you can see the gorgeous glass back of the new iPhone. A HUGE part of why I chose this case was for the gaskets around the camera and around the entire screen, they keep all the dirt and funk out of the case. That means no more taking the case off every so often to clean it out. I work in a sign shop around tons of debris, whether aluminum dust, body filler, and water, and so far nothing has made its way into the case; and I would know immediately too because the back is clear. I do wish that the lanyard mount location where metal so that the potential for breakage were eliminated. I keep the phone in my back pocket and the lanyard makes it so much easier to get out of my pocket, nice.

This case for my iPhone X has been great so far. Ive had only one drop in it from about 4’ and no noticeable damage to the phone. It’s thin which I like. It’s just a bit too slippery for me though. I suppose that’s why it comes with a lanyard.

Sturdy nice looking case. Good tight fit around phone. Only issue is where you place the phone on silent, gives me problems. If not for that I would have given it 4 stars.

Second case fit correctly so with Zagg screen seems to protect phone. Difficult to turn on and off, change volume, and silence audio. I am older and arthritic.

This is a great case for my iPhone X it’s lite and protects from drops as I have dropped a few times already and not a scratch

Great additional protection against drops. It adds a little bulk and size, but that's always going to be a trade-off.

very nice and sturdy case, mute switch passthrough is hassle at times, but its also nice to be able to enjoy the phone inside of the case

This case offers the protection I needed from everyday travels and accidental slippage out of my hand. The bracelet attachment is super useful and I’m glad I have it! I would say my only gripe with this case is the minor difficultly it may take in order to put it on the phone, as it may mess up and not click correctly on the sides closer to the buttons. Otherwise it’s easy to use
