Owned this case for about a week now. Happy with the size and protection offered. Adds girth to the phone but does not make it too large. I also have a tempered glass screen protector that fits perfectly with the case. Wrist strap offers that extra security so you don’t drop the phone.

I bought this for my husband who works in the oilfield! He constantly would crack his screen and the back of his IphoneX, finally exceeded our insurance claims and purchased this to prevent from breaking his phone again and his phone is still like new since February. No scratches or cracks!

Before buying, I went back and forth between this case and the Otterbox Defender Pro. This one is a little thinner at the top and seems to be a bit narrower, so I opted for the Pursuit. This is the new design for the iPhone XS, not the old design for the X. Overall, the case seems to provide good protection. I've taken the phone on several business trips, including intercontinental travel, and it's performed well.

Been using this case for a few months now and absolutely love it … yeas it is a bit bulky but it provides amazing protection… I would still recommend a screen protector for this item is you do decide in buying it .

Love the case havnt taken it off since i got it. Dozens of drops at various heights (accidents obviously) and have no problem letting my two toddlers grab my phone and tossing it around haha. Only thing, is that the port that covers the lighting connecter has worn out so opening it to charge my phone is a pain in the a**. It does stay closed with no wiggle play or anything.

I really liked the first generation of this case except that the silent toggle switch seemed to be a problem for some cases and the foam on the front would slide out and attract dust. But this new version improves just about everything and is great without being bulky

Great case overall, fits the phone. The only downside is it’s a little pricey.

I like this case and it seems to have some study sides that give the screen a little more protection. The only downside is the camera on the back doesn't have that much depth for protection and can see that being a concern on a drop or slide across the ground.

This case offers excellent protection to everything but your screen. The raised edges around the screen help protect of you drop. I also appreciate the plug and speakers on the bottom are covered protection them from the elements.

It as bulky as some of the other OtterBox cases. Provides excellent protection. Love the added Lanyard feature. Also, really like that it reroutes the speakers from the bottom of the phone to the front- allows people to hear me better!

I only use Otterbox. I was previously a Defender type of guy, but I wanted a slimmer case so my phone isn’t so bulky. I also wanted to see the back of the phone. This case is great but just keep in mind the back clear plastic scratches like crazy. The other con is that it seems the charging port cover is a pain to open when new.

This is a solid case! It’s thin enough to use for wireless charging and really sturdy. The bottom edge redirects the sound from the speakers towards you and amplifies your music playback and more.

It does make the phone a little bulkier than I’d prefer, but that’s the price of protection I suppose. I’m always confident my phone is safe in it. It’s even got a little wrist band so i can keep my phone strapped to me.

I bought the iPhone XS case to protect my new iPhone. It has a clear back and importantly it prevents dust and debris from entering. The form factor is thin. I love this case. Even come with a lanyard to attach to the case.

I purchase nothing but Otterbox for all our devices. Especially my sons for whom this was purchased for. Makes me feel better knowing our devices are protected with a top of the line case.

I purchase this cover for my son. I have a otter box as well but the one I have did not protect my screen. This one is amazing and fits very securely. I’ll be purchasing another one for myself.

I will only purchase OtterBox for my IPhones. Yes I have already dropped my new IPhone Xs twice! NO damage to the phone with this OtterBox. Worth the money to protect an expensive phone.

This is not a cheap case- it’s the best case if you are like me and drop your gazillion dollar phone all the time. I don’t have insurance on the phone so the case is worth it to me

This redesigned version of this case is much better than the original. Very protective, slim and user friendly. It has already paid for itself protecting my iPhone X!
