From the box/website this was supposed to be the smallest "otter box" case they had for my phone. The commuter series is smaller. (wife has one) But overall its a great case, seems to protect well. and the rubber has stayed decent on it.

Bought this for my grandson’s iPhone X to get as much protection as possible for his phone and he loves it and I love the fact that it protects his phone.

Same comments on this as the mophie. I don’t like giving a review until I’ve had the product for a year or two. This is a redesigned otter box and they have definitely learned from the mistakes of the previous version. It is easy to install and feels a little more sturdy. The buttons feel better and instead of the toggle switch for your silent button they left it open. The toggle on my last one was useless after a few months. Also when you would take it apart to clean it, pieces of plastic would break off. It would still go back together but for the amount of money spent on a case it was very disappointing. This case feels better all around and I would check your warranty before purchasing anything new. Otter box sent me two new ones after I purchased this one.

This case does a great job at protecting and keeps dirt out of my phone. I even dropped it in water and it never got anywhere besides the screen.

I have my phone in my otterbox and the many times i have dropped it its been safe. I love it and the protection is great

I’ve had this case for a good amount of time and I can say that, even dropping my new phone in it kept me from paying the big bucks for a new one!

Again, a product that has saved my phone from serious drops. The screen has stayed more responsive than the Lifeproof one I had previously.

This case save your iPhone from breaking plus looks very good and it’s slim. I don’t use cases for phone but this one looks awesome and protect it.

I stand by Otterbox on iPhone and iPad protection. I’ve tried the others and nothing has been as good at protection than Otterbox.

my screen never cracked, and no damage was ever done to my phone, so the case served its purpose. However, the cover for the charging port broke off within a few months, and even though there's a seal at the back of the case that sits flush with the phone, the case fills with water, which im not worried about, because I am confident in the water resistance of the phone itself, and i don't think the case was advertised as waterproof.

Great heavy duty case to protect my phone. Dropped my phone plenty of times and still in good shape.

This Otterbox is very low profile, yet very protective during drops. The lanyard is a nice touch that I find myself using often.

I found this case to be super for phone protection against dropping the phone. Also works extremely well with wireless chargers.

Great phone case. Not big and bulky. Fits your hand just right. Also can easily be taken in and out of your pocket.

I am a big fan of the Otterbox defender, but this a little slimmer and offers exceptional protection. 5 stars!

I bought this to protect my phone better, but there are a couple things that concern me: 1. The tab that opens for charging is already showing a lot of wear. It’s hard for me to open and it hasn’t even been a month. 2. There isn’t a guarantee on the Otterbox products like I thought there was. Based off of these two things, I would not buy again and wish I could return it.

I give it 5 stars! It’s thinner than the old ones, and your phone will be very protected! Good product!
