I suspect the cases I received were used and returned but because I purchase what was supposed of be new and not open box I can only review the shape of the cases I received. They are decent in general but if you have been a long time user of the Strada series for iPhone you’ll notice that the quality seems to have dropped. Poor stitching (perhaps rushed to be complete in time for the iPhone 12 Pro Max release). The magnet is still super strong which I like. But both cases I received had significant signs of use. Deep scuffs on the side, small nicks in the leather, and the edges showing some wear. I hope this is just a case of Best Buy sending something they knew should have been sold as open box but it’s possible some damage occurred since Otterbox has made the packaging much cheaper than it was in the past. The cases are technically exposed on the front (no plastic to protect it so any and everything can touch it before it’s purchased and taken out of the box). I ended up returning them due to the poor craftsmanship (that stitching definitely wasn’t Otterbox Strada quality I’ve been used to) and because they clearly looked used. Such a shame. I have loved using this case for my last 4-5 iPhones but unless they make it better in a few months I’ll have to go with the Nomad folio (only negative for them is they lack a magnet to keep the case close but I can deal with that more than what I got with the Strada). Photos I shared were taken minutes after opening the package.

The actual product does not reflect what is presented in the description and online design video. The ‘genuine leather’ feels like cheap plastic carved out of the dashboard from an 1988 Chevy Citation. The volume control buttons are unusable and the magnetic clasp is poorly functioning.

I like it but would have liked at least one more row for credit cards or a money slot. I had yo buy a separate wallet. Also it doesn't stand up by itself for watching videos or doing video conferencing. In the past I have been able to do that with wallet phones. Also I seem to take a lot of pictures of the inside of my case and the volume will change easily while in the phone with a headset and the phone and case are is your pocket, my point, I think the buttons are touchy through the bendable portion between the case and the cover. Other wallet cases haven't been this way. Overall the quality of the magnet to hold open or closed is great, the quality of the product seems solid and I like how the leather is breaking in.

I really like this case except the volume buttons are very difficult to use. I struggled with giving it either three or four stars. If I had the option I would give it 3 1/2 stars. The leather is nice, but don’t expect it to stay perfect. The case does provide good protection, has a thin profile, and it’s very light.

I love this case ... the look of it, and it seems like it will give adequate protection if I drop my phone from a lower level height if it lands on the back or a corner ... hopefully ... however, the one thing that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that it is extremely difficult to adjust the volume buttons... I have to push the buttons so hard to adjust the sound levels/ringer volume that it actually hurts my fingers ... very annoying ...

Quality case and wallet. I recently upgraded to a new phone and wanted a new wallet case, so I tried this one. Good quality, sturdy case that will definitely do the job at protecting your phone. Overall great case but just not for me. I prefer the case that has the card slot in the back and the screen is always available.

I really loved this phone case it was the best one I have owned since owning my first iPhone. Unfortunately my iPhone 12 promax had to be traded in for the iPhone 14 promax if there is a case just like that that can fit my 14 I would purchase it tomorrow, thank you

This box is definitely of good quality. I think it is made of genuine leather. And my husband likes the color. With a cover, it protects the phone all around. The cameras on the back are exposed so it does not impact photo-taking at all. Only draw-back is it seems to be on the more expensive side.

I like this protective case a lot. The only things preventing me from eating it five starts are listed below. 1. Cannot use the camera when cover is opened fully 2. Powerful Magnetic cover will allow you to stick and/or hang your phone securely onto almost any metal surface 3. Powerful Magnets in flip cover WILL DAMAGE any credit cards, gift cards, or magnetic strips is comes into contact with. DO NOT LAY YOUR CELL PHONE WITH THIS COVER ON TOP OF YOUR WALLET. Yes it most certainly wiped all of my cards, including my gift certificates and Costco.

Overall a great case. I have dropped it with the front open and face down. Not a scratch on my screen. Looks and feels premium. Big down side. It is not compatible with my mag charger. Which means I have to take the case off to change it with the mag charger.also the front flap covers the camera so you must hold it a certain way so that it doesn’t block the camera

This works for me. Something metal that can slice or go boom is always in my pocket. This provides great protection. I was worried that it would add bulk, but I find it comfortable. It has wear marks already so if you’re expecting it to look perfect......I like function over form.

Great case, I love the fact it’s wallet like and completely covers the face of the phone. A magnet holds the front of the case down so it protects the screen. It’s well worth the money and is the best lightweight and protective case I’ve found.

First the good, strong magnet that holds the flap closed and open to the back. Good phone protection, buttons are able to be used while flap is closed, and the leather seems durable. Now the bad, if you put more than one card in the flap the cover doesn’t close.

Best case I have owned so far . It’s solid durable and comfortable to hold . It protects my phone and screen on another level. The cover folds almost flat so it fits in my phone holder for my car so that’s a bonus.

This case is beautiful and feels great! High quality! It also has slots to carry your license and credit card. It opens like a book, so it protects your screen as well.

Great phone case. Works perfect my husband really likes it. It has a strong magnet do everything sticks to it a little too pricey but works

Excellent quality. Magnetic very strong. Color is very nice and it’s perfect for guys. Definitely recommend to everyone. Pricey but it’s worth it.

Great phone case! Never had one with a magnetic cover….protects screen! Have to hold case open to use camera though.
