This case was an Epic fail. Received today 12/20. Swap out case to Otterbox, first phone drop in this case and phone cracks. Extremely disappointed. Now I have to pay hundreds of dollars to get screen fixed. Literally broke my phone less than 7 hours after putting on this case. I regret taking off my Platinum.

We perform numerous tests on the Symmetry to ensure that it provides superior protection for your device, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our products. While our warranty does not extend to the Samsung device itself, we would very much like to offer you a new OtterBox in the event that your current case was jeopardized during the incident as well. It's a solid case but not raised in the front to protect the glass front from sitting flush and risking being cracked. Raising the sides above the glass would solve this.
