This case fulfills those requirements of mine. Like it.

Don't be fooled like we were and bought into the Otterbox Cerfified Drop Protection Stamp on the Front of the Package. The phone case also is slick with no grip so expect it to slip out of your hands and when it does, kiss your $1,000 phone goodbye. Going to purchase a reliable Speck case next go around.

We actually do perform numerous tests on the Symmetry case, but unfortunately every drop is subject to myriad different variables, some of which are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our products.
