Sometimes the rubber on a new case can be a little stiff at first, but it usually tends to loosen up over time and with use. I have used 3 or 4 cases before this and I insist on using a ballistic shield on the phone. All the earlier cases were pushing up the screen and thereby lessening touch sensitivity. This is the first case that does not seem to do so. If my opinion changes, I will revisit their review.

For the first couple of weeks I had my phone, I thought I didn't like the phone. Then I changed from this case and realized I loved it. The edges of this case are painful on your face when you're talking on the phone, and make using the screen difficult & unwieldy. This is one of the few items I'm actually boxing up and returning.
