It didn't work at all because it was interpreting the crack as a finger on the screen, so there was no way to input anything into the computer. Best Buy refused to allow me to exchange or return, saying I cracked the screen. My guess is that there is a structural problem with this laptop, causing the screen to crack by itself. If others have had this problem, please post about it.

Integrates with the power and volume buttons more effortlessly than the other case I tried. Raised edge around the screen seems protective without interfering with use. More sparkly in person than I would have guessed from the pictures (could be a pro or con depending on your aesthetic) but not gaudy.

I made sure the phone was jammed up to the very top of the case and the hole for the camera lined up. ANOTHER trip back to the store for a return....GRrrrrr. Why is everyone else seems to have no problem? Pixel 4a or some other model?
